ABOUT
BABY FORMULA BABY MILK AND OTHER BABY PRODUCTS

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF RELIGION, REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 28 of Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012 on Exclusive Mother 's Milk Allowance, need to establish the Health Minister' s Regulation on Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products;

Given: 1.  Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Local Government (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4437) as amended last time by Act No. 12 of the Year 2008 About the Second Amendment to the Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Local Government of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of 2008 No. 59, Additional Gazette Indonesia Number 4844);
2. Law No. 36 Year 2009 on Health (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 144, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia Republic No. 5063);

Sets: The Health Minister ' s Regulations On The Milk Of Baby Formula And Other Baby Products.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In Regulation of this Minister referred to:
1. The mother ' s next water milk called ASI is fluid the result of secretion of maternal breast glands
2. The baby is the child of the newborn until the age of 12 (twelve) months.
3. Breastfeeding Counselors are a trained force, either health care or not health care who has had a breastfeeding counseling training certificate.
4. The milk of Formula Babies is milk that is specifically formulated as a substitute for breast milk for infants until the age of 6 (six) months.
5. Other Baby products are baby products, which are directly related to breastfeeding activities covering all forms of milk and other baby foods, milk bottles, dots and empeng.
6. Special Print Media About Health is a print medium in the form of a magazine, bulletin, journal or a type in the field of health that is scientific as well as only intended for health care, practitioners in the health and institutional/facility Health care.
7. The family is a husband, child, or a family of blood in a straight line up and down to the bottom of the third degree.
8. Medical Indicators are the medical condition of the Baby and/or maternal medical condition that does not allow exclusive breastfeeding of both temporary or permanent breast milk.
9. The government is the President of the Republic of Indonesia which holds the power of the government of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945.
Ten. The Regional Government is the Governor, the Regent, or the Mayor, and the area's device as an organizer of the local government.
11.Minister is the Minister who organizes government affairs of the health field.

Article 2
Formula Baby Milk Settings and Other Baby Products aims to be:
a. everyone has access to nutrition fulfillment information for babies who do n' t get exclusive breast milk;
B. every person has correct and appropriate access to the recommended standards in the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products;
c. Each person has access to communication, information and education regarding the use of the Infant Formula Milk and Other Baby Products in actual and objective health care; and
D. There is cooperation between mothers, family, health care and health care facilities in the event of the importance of exclusive breastfeeding.

BAB II
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Section 3
The government is in charge and is responsible:
a. improving public knowledge and awareness of the importance of nutritional fulfillment in infants by providing Exclusive ASI;
B.   Fostering and supervising advertising and promotion of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products;
c. conduct oversight of the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products in the community and in emergency and/or disaster situations;
d. Increase knowledge to the public about the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products securely; and
e. Receive complaint reports from the public.

Section 4
The provincial government is in charge and is responsible:
a. improving public knowledge and awareness of the importance of nutritional fulfillment in infants by providing Exclusive breast milk;
B.   carrying out coordination, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation in the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products;
c. fostering and overseeing the promotion of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products at the provincial level coordinate with related agencies; and
D. conducted oversight of the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products in the community and in emergency and/or disaster situations at the provincial level.

Section 5
The county/city area government is in charge and is responsible:
a. enhance public knowledge and awareness of the importance of nutritional fulfillment in infants by providing Exclusive breast milk.
B.   carry out coordination, monitoring and evaluation in the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products;
c. Increase knowledge to the public who use Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products safely; and
D. Conduct surveillance on the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products in the community and in emergency and/or disaster situations at the district/city level are coordinating with related agencies.

BAB III
THE USE OF BABY FORMULA MILK
The Kesatu section
Certain Circumstances
Paragraph 1
General
Section 6
(1) Any mother who gives birth must give an Exclusive breast milk to the Baby, except in the circumstances:
a. any medical indications;
B. mother does not exist; or
c. mother separated from the baby.
(2) In circumstances as referred to in paragraph (1), mother, Family, medical and other health power may give the Milk Formula A Baby.

Paragraph 2
Medical Indication
Section 7
(1) Infant Formula Feeding based on Medical Indicators is performed in the event:
a.   Infants who can only receive milk with a special formula;
B.   Babies that need other foods other than breast milk with limited time frame;
c. maternal medical condition that cannot provide Exclusive ASI due to having to obtain treatment in accordance with the standards of medical services;
D. Maternal medical condition with HbsAg (+), in case the Baby has not been given a passive and active hepatitis vaccination in 12 (twelve) hours; and
e.   other circumstances in accordance with the development of science and technology.
(2) The determination of Medical Indication as referred to in paragraph (1) must be done by the doctor.
(3) In terms of certain areas there is no doctor, the determination of Medical Indication may be carried out by midwife or nurse in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
(4) Formula and Other Baby Products for Medical Indicators performed by the midwife and nurse as referred to in verse (3) are primarily for life-saving.

Section 8
(1) Medical indicators in infants who can only receive milk with a special formula as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (1) letter a, are innate metabolic abnormalities (inborn errors metabolism).
(2) The default metabolism of metabolism as referred to in paragraph (1) includes:
a.   Infants with classical galactosemia require a special galactose free formula;
B. Baby with a urinary disease-flavored maple syrup (maple syrup urine disease), requires a special free formula leusin, isoleusin, and valin;
C.   Infants with phenylketonuria, require a free special formula phenylalanin; and/or
D.   Other metabolic disorders conform to the development of science and technology.
(3) Babies with phenylketonuria as referred to in verse (2) the letter c can still be given breast milk with the calculation and supervision of a competent child specialist.

Section 9
Medical indications on infants with food needs other than breast milk in a given period of time as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (1) letter b, with the criteria among others:
a. A baby is born with a body weight of less than 1500 (a thousand five hundred) a gram or Baby born with a very low weight;
b. Baby born less than 32 (thirty-two) weeks of a very premature pregnancy age; and/or
c. New babies are born that are at risk of hypoglycemia based on metabolic adaptation disorders or increased glucose needs such as in premature infants, small to pregnancy age or those with significant hypoxic stress/intrapartum, A sick baby and a baby with a diabetic mother, if her blood sugar fails to respond to breast feeding either directly or indirectly.

Article 10
A maternal medical condition that cannot provide an exclusive breast milk due to having to obtain treatment in accordance with the standard medical services as referred to in section 7 of the paragraph (1) the upper c letter is divided:
a. The justifiable mother stops breastfeeding permanently; and
B. The justifiable mother stops breastfeeding while time.

Section 11
(1) The medical condition of the allowed mother to stop breastfeeding permanently as referred to in Article 10 of the letter a if the mother is infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
(2) The mother with an infection Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) as referred to in verse (1) is given information about the possibility of using a breast milk donor or a Milk Formula Baby.
(3) The use of Formula Baby Milk as referred to in paragraph (2) must qualify AFASS, includes acceptable (acceptable), decent (option), affordable (affordable), sustained. (sustainable) and safe (safe).
(4) Excluded against the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1), if the Baby is known to be positively infected Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or mother and Baby have obtained treatment according to standard and in technology ASI is declared safe for the benefit of the infant in accordance with the provisions of laws.

Article 12
The medical condition of the mother who can be justified breastfeeding while the time referred to in Article 10 of the letter b includes:
a. A mother who suffers from a severe illness that gets in the way of a mother caring for her baby, like sepsis/high fever until it's unconscious;
B.   mothers who suffer from the Virus Herpes Simplex infection type 1 (HSV-1) and HSV-2 in the breast;
c. mother in treatment:
1) using a type of sedative psychotherapy drug, anti-epileptic and opioid drugs;
2) radioactive iodine 131;
3) use of iodine or yodofor topical; and/or
4) chemotoxic chemotherapy.

paragraph 3
Mother Neither nor Separated From Her Baby
Section 13
Giving Formula Milk and Other Baby Products on the state of the mother no or mother separated from the Baby, covering:
a.   The dead mother of the world, a heavy pain, is suffering from a severe mental disorder;
B.   mother unknown to her whereabouts; or
c. mother separated from the Baby due to a disaster or other condition where a mother is separated from her baby so that the mother cannot fulfill her obligations or the child does not obtain her right.

Second Part
Order the Use of Formula Baby Milk
and Other Baby Products
Paragraph 1
General
Section 14
(1) Infant Milk Grant of Medical Indicators as referred to in Article 7 must obtain approval from the mother of the Infant and/or her family.
(2) The consent as referred to in paragraph (1) is granted after the mother of the infant and/or her family receives reenacation and explanation for the use and presentation of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products.

Section 15
(1) Healthcare must provide awareness and explanation to the mother and/or Family regarding the storage, use and presentation of Formula Baby Milk including baby product sterilization techniques and relaxative/relatable techniques.
(2) The health force must ensure the mother and/or family of babies given Formula Baby Milk have understood the reenactable and the explanation given.
(3) The health power must record an indication of the use of Formula Baby Milk on the Baby ' s medical record concerned.
Paragraph 2
Formula For Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products
Section 16
(1) Granting Infant Formula Milk and Other Baby Products must be adjusted to age, Baby conditions and in accordance with recommended takaran and/or specified standards.
(2) The use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products must be done by meeting the requirements of hygiene and sanitation.
(3) The requirements of hygiene and sanitation as referred to in paragraph (1) and (2) include:
a. wash hands with soap and rinse on the flowing water before presenting the Milk Formula Baby;
B. Melt the milk with boiling water and wait 10 minutes;
c. see the takaran clues contained in the Formula Baby Milk packaging or by following the doctor ' s advice; and
D. if within 2 hours the milk does not have to be discarded;
(4) Other Baby Product Use is done on hygiene and according to the specified standard, including:
a. watch the expiry date;
B. notice the integrity of the packaging;
c. Wash each part of the tool used for the preparation/presentation of the Formula Baby Milk; and
D. Boil the device used for the preparation/presentation of the Formula Baby Milk with boiling water.

Paragraph 3
Formula For Formula Milk and Other Baby Products
on the Emergency and/or Disaster Situation
Section 17
(1) Any provision of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products on emergency and/or disaster situations must be through the local county/city health service and executed in accordance with the Baby and Child feeding guidelines on The emergency situation is set by the Minister.
(2) the local county/city health service as referred to in paragraph (1) is coordinating with a single level with the Ministry of Health.

Section 18
In an emergency and/or disaster situation, every Formula Baby Milk producer and Other Baby Products are banned:
a. giving Milk Formula Baby and Other Baby Products directly to the Baby, the mother and/or her family on emergency and/or disaster situations; or
B. The persuading, asking, and forcing the mother to breastfeed and/or her family to use the Milk Formula Baby and Other Baby Products.

Article 19
(1) Gift of Formula Baby Milk on emergency and/or disaster situations only intended to satisfy Baby nutrition and social interests.
(2) The giving of Formula Baby Milk in an emergency and/or disaster situation as referred to in paragraph (1) is provided in accordance with the provisions in Section 16.
(3) Gift of Formula Baby Milk on emergency and/or disaster situations can be performed by health power and/or Breastfeeding Counselors.

BAB V
BABY FORMULA MILK PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING
The Kesatu section
Formula Baby Milk advertisement
Section 20
(1) The Formula Baby Milk can only be advertised by the manufacturer and/or distributor on the Special Print Media about Health.
(2) The advertisement material as referred to in paragraph (1) must contain the caption that Formula Baby Milk may be given only in certain circumstances as referred to in Article 6 as well as the caption that ASI is the best food for Baby.
(3) The advertisement material as referred to in paragraph (2) is required to obtain the Minister ' s permission.
(4) The order of obtaining permission as referred to in paragraph (3) by applying for a letter of permission to the Minister through the Directorate General who is contorting a nutritional matter at least 30 days prior to the release date, with attach:
a. Examples of Special Print Media on Health;
B. advertisement material; and
c. listed the date, month and year of its advertising.

Second Part
Promotion of Formula Baby Milk
Section 21
Manufacturer or distributor of Formula Baby Milk and/or Other Baby Products, banned from promoting Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products in the following ways:
a.   free-cuma; for example of a product;
B. Free supply, price cuts, or any form of the purchase of a Formula Baby Milk as an attraction of the seller;
c. awarding gifts for those able to sell and/or purchase a Formula Baby Milk;
D. sell or offer by exaggerating the product via phone, email and other electronic means;
e. offer or direct sale of Formula Baby Milk by using the sales marketing services either coming to a home or a public means place;
f.    the use of healthcare to provide information about Formula Baby Milk to the community;
G.   using a healthy Baby image which as if to be healthy due to its product usage; and
h.   Idealize the product as if it's the best.

Section 22
Health power, and health care facilities are banned from promoting Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products in any way.
BAB VI
LABEL FOR BABY FORMULA MILK
Section 23
(1) Manufacturers and/or distributors of Formula Baby Milk and/or Other Baby Products are required to list labels on each of the Baby Formula's Milk packaging and/or Other Baby Products.
(2) The label as referred to in paragraph (1) must be written clearly by using the correct and correct Indonesian language.
(3) The Label as referred to in paragraph (1) at least contains:
a. product name;
B. list of used materials;
c. Clean weight or net content;
D. nutritional value information;
e. expiration date and storage instructions;
f.   Description of the description;
G. way of use;
h. the name and address of the party that produces or inputs into the territory of Indonesia; and
i.   Other information that needs to be known.
(4) Pelabelan on formula milk as referred to in paragraph (3) the letter a listed the product name “Formula Bayi”.
(5) The Pelabelan on formula milk as referred to in paragraph (3) of the letter b includes:
a.   all used materials must be listed in order to the side or to the bottom starting from the most in number;
B.   the description of vitamins and minerals is made in its own and does not necessarily have to be sequentially by number;
c. for materials derived from animals or plants as well as food adders must be written specifically according to the provisions of the laws of the laws;
D.   the source of the protein used on the product must be clearly stated on the label;
e.   if cow milk is the only source of protein, the product may include ”a Formula Baby Milk Sapi” and
f.    products that do not contain milk or any result should include the writing “Not Contains Milk or the Olahnya” or the same type of sentence.
(6) The Pelabelan on formula milk as referred to in paragraph (3) the letter d must be expressed in per 100 g or per 100 ml and per 100 kcal.
(7) The Pelabelan on formula milk as referred to in paragraph (3) of the letter e include:
a. The expiration date is expressed with the date, month and year as well as preceded by the sentence “Both Used Previous um…” must be listed on the label. A product that has a shelf life of more than three months, is quite written months and years only. The inclusion of the moon may be expressed in the Latin letter of at least 3 digits, and the year is expressed by the number of at least 2 digits. If the moon and the year are expressed by the number then the year must be declared complete (4 digits);
B. if the product store period is strongly affected by special storage conditions, then such special storage conditions must be written on the label in the form of a storage guide and are listed adjacent to the expiration date;
c. The Formula Baby Milk label must contain an explanation of the signs suggesting the Formula Baby Milk is no longer good, should not be given to the Baby; and
D.   The product label must contain a clear clue about the storage of the product after the container is opened.
(8) The Pelabelan on formula milk as referred to in verse (3) the letter f contains the age description and the tail of the Formula Baby Milk.
(9) The Pelabelan on formula milk as referred to in paragraph (3) of the letter g includes:
a. Usage instructions include the manner of preparation, handling and use must be included in the label and/or leaflet;
B.   Baby formula in liquid form must list the writing “can be Slanges ”;
c. Baby formula in the form concentrates must list the dilution hint with drinking water;
D.   Infant formula in powder form must list the reconstitutions hint with drinking water;
e. contain the manner of preparation and use of the product, including the manner of storage and disposal of the product upon preparation, such as the remaining undrintable milk must be discarded;
f.    loading illustrations on the manner of setup;
G. Usage instructions must be provided with a warning about the dangers of health if the manner of preparation, storage and use is not appropriate;
h. a guide for cleaning and sterilizing equipment, as well as preparing and presenting a Formula Baby Milk should be listed on the label and/or leaflet as below:
1. How to clean and sterilize equipment, including:
a) washing hands with soap before cleaning and sterilized baby drinking equipment;
b) wash all the equipment (bottle, dot, brush bottle and brush dot) with soap; and
c) rinse the bottle and dot with the flowing water;
2. sterilize in a boiled way, covering:
a) the bottle must be submerged entirely so that there is no air in the bottle;
b) the pan is closed and let it to boil for 5 – 10 minutes;
c) the pan let it be closed, let the bottle and dot inside it until immediately will be used;
d) wash hands with soap before taking a bottle and dot;
e) if the bottle is not directly used after stewed the bottle must be stored in a clean and closed place; and
f) the dot and the lid are installed well.
3. How to prepare and present a Formula Baby Milk, covering:
a) cleaning the Formula Baby Milk Setup place;
b) washing hands with soap and running water, then tilted;
c) poached the drinking water until boiling in a closed pan;
d) allow the water to be in a closed pan for 10-15 minutes for the temperature to drop to no less than 70 °C;
e) pour that water (its temperature is not less than 70 °C) as much as can be spent by the baby (do not overdo) into the sterilized milk bottle;
f) add the Formula Baby Milk powder according to the exchange recommended on the label;
g) close the milk bottle and shake until the Formula Baby Milk dissolves well;
h) chill immediately by soaking the bottom of the bottle of milk in the cold clean water, until the temperature is suitable for drinking (attempted with a tear of Formula Baby Milk on the wrist, it will feel rather warm, not hot); and
i) the rest of Formula Baby Milk which has been dissolved is discarded after 2 (two) hours.
(10) The Pelabelan on formula milk as referred to in paragraph (3) of the letter i include:
a. The contents of the label should not be contradictory to the breastfeeding program, the Formula Baby Milk product label must contain:
1. the word “Attention Penting” or other similar words;
2. writing “The Formula Baby product is not a Sterile Product as it is noticed the Broadcast Directive ” the writing is listed on the main section of the label with a minimum letter size of 2 mm;
3. sentence “ASI is the Best Food for Your Baby ” or the same type of phrase that states the excellence of breastfeeding/ASI; and
4. The statement that the product is only used on physician ' s advice based on medical indications and accompanied by explanation of the correct use of use.
B. labels should not contain images of Baby and woman or something that the use of Formula Baby Milk is either in the form of an image or a sentence. Labels should not declare Formula Baby Milk to have the same quality as breast milk;
c. The term in which human, mother or term serupa/semeaning, should not be used;
D. on the label must be informed that the baby 6 (six) of the month to the top must be provided MP-ASI in addition to the advanced formula, as the infant needs for growth and development;
e.   Breast milk companion (MP-ASI) before age 6 (six) months must be on the doctor's instructions; and
f.   Product labels must be clear so that consumers can differentiate between Formula Baby Milk, advanced formula milk and baby formula for special medical purposes.

Section 24
Pelabelan on Formula Baby Milk as referred to in Article 23 must follow the provisions of the laws.

BAB VII
SPONSORSHIP OF ACTIVITIES
Section 25
(1) Every health care, health care facility organizer, organizer of the health education unit, the organization of the profession in the field of health, the Breastfeeding Counselor and including his family are prohibited from receiving gifts and/or help from manufacturers and/or other baby formula milk distributors and/or other baby products that can hamper Exclusive breastfeeding programs.
(2) The giving of assistance from the manufacturer and/or distributor of infant formula milk and/or other baby products as referred to in paragraph (1) may be accepted only for the purpose of financing training, research and development activities, scientific meetings, and/or other similar gatherings.
(3) The granting of assistance as referred to in paragraph (2), can be done only through a health care facility, the organizer of the health education unit, and/or a profession organization in the health field and is required to create a a written statement to the Minister through the Director General who is drugging matters of nutrition or the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of education, as per the provisions of the laws.
(4) In terms of granting aid given to a certain health care, must be made through a concerned health and health care facility required to make a written statement to his superiors that help it is not binding and does not hinder the success of the breastfeeding program.
(5) Provisioning Assistance to finance the activities as referred to in paragraph (2) does not display the product logo, product name and/or trademark.
(6) Each recipient of assistance, both the organizer of the health care facility, the organizer of the health education unit, the administrator of the profession of professions in the field of health is required to provide a report to the Minister or the Organizing government affairs in the field of education, as per the provisions of the laws.
(7) Manufacturers and/or distributors of Formula Baby Milk and/or Other Baby Products the aid provider is required to provide a report to the Minister, as per the provisions of the laws.

BAB VIII
COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT
Section 26
(1) In order for the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products required the role as well as the public both individually and organized.
(2) The role as well as the society as referred to in paragraph (1) may be:
a.   providing support for mothers who provide breast milk Exclusive and continued breastfeeding until the age of 2 years;
B.   follow the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products in accordance with the rules of the laws of law;
c. provide actual and objective information about Formula Baby Milk;
D.   provide passion to the mother who has not been optimal in giving breast milk Exclusive; and
e.   not to judge and/or conjure a mother who cannot provide an Exclusive breast milk.
(3) The role as well as the society as referred to in verse (2) can be done through nursing counseling activities, mobilizing the public through breast milk support groups, ASI motivators, and trained cadres.

BAB IX
LOGGING AND REPORTING
Section 27
(1) Any health care and health care facility must carry out the recording and reporting of the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products as referred to in Article 7.
(2) Provincial Government and district/municipal governments are required to encourage health care and health care facilities in performing logging and reporting as referred to in paragraph (1).
(3) Reporting as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed berjenjang.

BAB X
COACHING AND SUPERVISION
Section 28
(1) Minister, associated minister, non-ministry head of government agencies, governors, and bupati/mayor conducting coaching and oversight of the implementation of the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products in accordance with the task, function, and authority each.
(2) Coaching and supervision as referred to in paragraph (1) addressed:
a.   for the use of Formula Baby Milk and Other Baby Products does not inhibit the Exclusive breastfeeding program.
B. to enhance public knowledge and awareness, health care facilities, and health care that Formula Baby Milk is only given under certain circumstances; and
c. in order for health and health care facilities in the awarding of Formula Baby Milk as per the provisions of the laws.
(3) Coaching and supervision as referred to in paragraph (1) executed through:
a. advocacy and socialization of increased breastfeeding Exclusive;
B. training and improving the quality of the health and trained workforce/Breastfeeding Counsellors; and/or
c. monitoring and evaluation.
(4) Ministers, associated ministers, non-ministry heads of government agencies, governors, and regents/mayors in carrying out coaching and supervision as referred to in paragraph (3) may include the public.

Article 29
(1) The supervision of a manufacturer or distributor of Formula Baby Milk and/or Other Baby Products that conducts advertising activities loaded in mass media, both print and electronic, and outside media is exercised by A body that carries out government duties in the field of drug and food supervision.
(2) Further provisions regarding the supervision of a manufacturer or distributor of Formula Baby Milk and/or Other Baby Products as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the rules of the head of the body carrying out the task Government in the field of drug and food surveillance.

Section 30
(1) Any manufacturer and/or distributor of Formula Baby Milk and health care facilities that do not carry out the provisions set out in the Regulation of this Minister are subject to administrative sanction by the authorized officials:
a. oral reprimand; and/or
B. a written reprimand;
(2) Any health care that does not carry out the provisions set out in the Regulation of the Minister are imposed administrative sanction by the authorized official:
a. oral reprimand;
B. written reprimand; and/or
c. revocation clearance.
(3) The provisions of the manner of administrative sanction imposition as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by its own rules.

BAB XI
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 31
With the Ordinance of this Minister, the Decree of the Minister Number 237 /Menkes/SK/IV/1997 on the Marketing of the Mother's Milk Water Replacement is declared revoked and does not apply anymore.

Section 32
The Regulation of the Minister is beginning to apply at the designated date.
