ABOUT
TITLE ALLOWANCE FOR MEMBERS OF HONOR,
REGULAR MEMBERS, AND THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE ACADEMY OF SCIENCES
INDONESIAN KNOWLEDGE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that Honorary Member, Ordinary Member, and Secretary-General of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences are granted alimony as specified in Presidential Decree No. 77 of 1993 on Improvement Of Office For Honorary Members, Ordinary Members, and the Secretary General of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences;
B. that the quantity of the allowance of Honorary Members, Ordinary Members, and the Secretary General of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences as set in Presidential Decree No. 77 of 1993 on Improvement Of Office For Honorary Members, Ordinary Members, and The Secretary General of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences needs to be adjusted to the workload and the responsibility concerned;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Improvement Of The Office For Honorary Members, Ordinary Members, and the Secretary General of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences;
Given: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 8 of 1990 on the Indonesian Academy of Sciences (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1990 Number 75, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3425);
3. Presidential Decree No. 22 of 1991 on the Governmental Assistance Management of the State Budget and Shopping Budget for the Indonesian Academy of Sciences;
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S RULES ON BENEFITS OF OFFICE FOR HONORARY MEMBERS, ORDINARY MEMBERS, AND THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE INDONESIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES.
Article 1
(1) Pakar in the field of science and technology appointed as an Honorary Member and Ordinary Member of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences is granted the allowance of office each month.
(2) The improvement of the position as referred to in paragraph (1) is given in the form of the honorarium of Rp 5,000.000.00 (five million rupiah) each month.
Article 2
To the Secretary-General of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences, who is responsible for managing the administration and the home of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences, is granted an allowance in the form of an honorarium of Rp 5,000.00 (five million). rupiah) each month.
Article 3
(1) The improvement of the post as referred to in Article 1 and Section 2 is part of the government ' s assistance in accordance with the laws.
(2) The improvement of the post as referred to in Article 1 and Section 2 is charged in the Budget of the Ministry of State Secretariat.
Section 4
In terms of an Honorary Member, Ordinary Member, or Secretary-General of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences passed away, to the widow/widower or biological child of the deceased/almarhumah given the money of Rp 5,000.00 (five million rupiah) every month for 1 (one) years since the Honorary Member, Ordinary Member, and the Secretary General of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences passed away.
Section 5
By the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, then Presidential Decree No. 77 of 1993 on Improvement Of Office For Honorary Members, Ordinary Members, and Secretary-General of the Indonesian Academy of Sciences, revoked and declared no Applicable.
Section 6
The Regulation of the President comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
So that everyone knows it, ordering the invitation of this Presidential Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
