THE WAY HOSTING A GOOD CLINIC LABORATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
HEALTH MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that clinical laboratory services are an integral part of the health care required to enforce the diagnosis, by setting the cause of the disease, supporting early alertness of the system, monitoring treatment, maintenance of health, and The prevention of the onset of disease;
B. that the clinic labs need to be held in quality to support the improvement efforts of the public health care;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Minister of Health Ordinance on the Way of the Good Clinic Laboratories;

DECIDED:
Establish: Health Minister ' s regulations on how to host a good clinic laboratory.
Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. The Laboratory of Clinics is a health laboratory that carries out the examination services of the clinic specimens to obtain information about the health of the individual, especially to support the diagnosis of disease, disease, and recovery. Health.
2. The way of a Good Clinic Lab is the execution of activities to improve and establish the quality of laboratory examination results.
3. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of health.
Section 2
This regulation aims to regulate the Way of a Good Clinic Laboratory so that it can provide quality and quality services and outcomes.
Section 3
(1) Each Clinic Laboratory must be held properly by meeting the organization ' s criteria, space and facilities, equipment, materials, specimens, examination methods, quality, security, logging and reporting.
(2) The organizational criteria, space and facilities, equipment, materials, specimens, examination methods, quality, security, logging and reporting as referred to in paragraph (1) are the minimum provisions that must be met in the hosting of the Laboratory The clinic.
(3) In the circumstances of resource limitations, some criteria can be unmet by the Clinic Laboratory along not reducing the quality and accuracy of laboratory examination results in the granting of health care to the public.
(4) Further provisions of organization, space and facilities, equipment, materials, specimens, examination methods, quality, security, logging and reporting are listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Minister's Regulations This health.
Section 4
The coaching and supervision of the implementation of the Clinic Laboratory is conducted by the Minister, the Provincial Health Service Chief, the Head of the District Health Service/City, and the public in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
Section 5
(1) The coaching and supervision as referred to in Article 4 is directed to improve the performance of the Clinic Laboratory in order to guarantee the quality of health care.
(2) The coaching and supervision as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised through:
a. advocacy, socialization, and technical guidance;
B. training and increased human resource capacity; and
c. monitoring and evaluation.
(3) In order of coaching the Minister, Head of Provincial Health Service, the Head of the District Health Service/City can provide administrative sanction of an oral reprimand and a written reprimand.
Section 6
The Health Minister ' s regulations come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
