ABOUT
THE ORGANIZATION AND THE UNIVERSITY ' S PADJADING UNIVERSITY WORK
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: a.that in order to improve the service and hosting of education, research, and devotion to the public, it needs to do the organizing and organizing of the University of Padjadjaran's organization;
 b.that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation on the Organization and the Work Order of the University of Padjadjaran;

Given: 1.  Law No. 20 Year 2003 on National Education System (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
2. Act No. 12 Year 2012 on Higher Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 158, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5336);
3. Indonesian Government Regulation No. 23 Year 2005 concerning the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency (State Gazette 2005 Number 48, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4502);
4. Indonesian Government Regulation No. 17 Year 2010 on Management and Hosting Education (State Gazette 2010 Number 23, Additional Gazette State Number 5105) as amended by Government Regulation No. 66 2010 on Changes to Government Regulation No. 17 of 2010 on Management and Hosting Education (sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2010 Number 112, Additional Gazette Republic Of Indonesia Number 5157);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2011 No. 141);

DECIDED:

Sets: The Ministry Of Education And Culture Ministers About The Organization And The University ' s Work Of Padjadjaran.

BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION

Article 1

(1) The next University of Padjadjaran in the Regulation of the Minister is called UNPAD which is a college organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
(2) The UNPAD as referred to in paragraph (1) is below and is responsible to the Minister of Education and Culture and is functionally scouted by the Director General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Article 2

(1) UNPAD has an organ consisting of up:
a. Rector as an organ that exercises the management function of UNPAD;
B. Supervising Board as an organ that exercises oversight functions against the financial management of the UNPAD ' s general services agency;
C. The Senate as an organ exercising the function of consideration and academic supervision;
D. Supervision Unit as an organ that exercises non-academic supervising functions;
e. Board of consideration as an organ that exercises non-academic consideration functions; and
f. The Grand Master's Assembly as an organ exercises the function of advice and input in the academic field to the Senate.
(2) The Supervising Board as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b is specified by the Minister upon the approval of the Minister of Finance.
(3) Further provisions concerning the Senate, the Oversight Unit, the Advisory Council, and the Great Teachers ' Assembly as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c up to the letter f is set in the statute of UNPAD.

BAB II
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT

Section 3

Rector as the maintainer organ consists of:
a. Rector and Vice Rector;
B. Bureau;
c. Faculty and Graduate;
d. Institut;
e. Technical Managing Unit; and
f. Enterprise Managed Services.

First Part
Rector

Section 4

The Rector as referred to in Article 3 of the letter a has the task of leading the management and hosting of education, research, and devotion to the community as well as fostering educators, education, students, and their relationship with environment.

Section 5

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 4, the Rector organizes function:
a. implementation and development of higher education;
B. execution of research in the framework of the development of science, technology, art, and/or sport;
c. execution of the service to the community;
D. academic sivity of academia and its relationship with the environment; and
e. implementation of the UNPAD governance.

Second Part
Deputy Rector

Section 6

(1) The Vice Rector as referred to in Article 3 of the letter a is below and is responsible to the Rector.
(2) The Vice Rector as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a. Deputy Rector Field of Learning and Student Affairs;
B. Deputy Rector Field Planning, Information Systems, and Finance;
C. Deputy Rector of Research, Engagement to the Society, and Cooperation; and
D. Deputy Rector Field of Human Resources, Sarana and Prasarana, and Tata Kelola.
(3) The Vice Rector of Studies and Students has the task of representing the Rector in leading the management of activities in the field of learning, scholarship, and alumni.
(4) The Vice Rector Field Planning, Information Systems, and Finance have the task of representing the Rector in leading the management of activities in the areas of planning, development, information systems, communications, and finance.
(5) The Vice Rector of Research, Engagement to the Community, and Cooperation has the task of representing the Rector in leading the management of activities in the field of research, devotion to society, and cooperation.
(6) Deputy Rector of Human Resources, Sarana and Prasarana, and Tata Kelola has the task of representing the Rector in leading the management of activities in the areas of human resources development, means and infrastructure, and governance.

Third Part
The Bureau

Section 7

(1) The Bureau as referred to in Section 3 of the letter b is an administrative component of the UNPAD administration that organizes technical and administrative services to all elements in the UNPAD environment.
(2) The bureau is led by a Chief responsible to the Rector and in the implementation of the day-to-day tasks coordinated by the Vice Rector in accordance with the field of duty.
(3) The Bureau consists of:
a. Bureau of Learning and Student Affairs;
B. Bureau of Planning and Information Systems;
C. Bureau of Human Resources, Law, and Tata Kelola; and
D. Bureau of Finance and State Property.

Section 8

The Bureau of Learning and Student as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (3) of the letter a having the task of providing services in the fields of learning and student-care.

Section 9

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 8, the Learning Bureau and the Student Ministry organizes functions:
a. the execution of selection and registration;
B. implementation of the learning service;
c. implementation of the learning evaluation; and
D. A student service.

Article 10

The Learning Bureau and the Student General consist of:
a. Learning and Registration Section;
b. Kemahasiswaan section; and
c. Functional Office Group.

Section 11

The Study and Registration section has the task of carrying out the service and evaluation of learning, student registration, and learning means of learning.

Article 12

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 11, the Learning Section and the Registrations are organizing a function:
a. implementation of the learning service;
B. student selection and registration execution;
c. implementation of the assistance of the means of learning; and
D. execution of the evaluation of learning activities.

Section 13

Part Learning and Registration consists of:
a. Learning Subsection; and
b. Selection Subsections and Registrations.

Section 14

(1) The Learning Subsection has the task of conducting learning services, evaluation of learning activities, and the assistance of the means of learning.
(2) The Registrations Subsection has a duty to conduct registration, selection, acceptance, and registration of students.

Section 15

The student section has the task of carrying out a student activities service.

Article 16

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 15, the Student Section holds a function:
a. the execution of services in the field of interest, talent, and student reasoning reasoning;
B. the execution of the student activities service;
c. implementation of student welfare services and scholarships; and
D. The management of the student information management.

Article 17

The student section consists of:
a. Subsections of Interest, Reasoning, and Student Information; and
b. Subsection of Welfare and Scholarship.

Section 18

(1) Subsections Of Interest, Reasoning, and Student Information have the task of carrying out services in the fields of interest, talent, reasoning, and student information.
(2) Subsections of Welfare and Scholarship have the task of carrying out student activities and welfare services as well as scholarship matters.

Article 19

The Bureau of Planning and Information Systems as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (3) of the letter b has the task of carrying out the information planning, development and information systems.

Article 20

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 19, the Planning Bureau and Information Systems host functions:
a. implementation of the implementation of the UNPAD development plan;
B. execution of programs and budgets;
c. management of the information system; and
D. execution of monitoring and evalusi execution of plans, programs, and budgets.

Section 21

Bureau of Planning and Information Systems consists of:
a. Planning and budgeing part;

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 22, the Planning and budgeting Section is organizing a function:
a. Drafting of the UNPAD development plan;
B. Drafting of the program and budget; and
c. evaluation of the execution of plans, programs, and budgets.

Section 24

The Planning and budgeting section consists of:
a. Planning Subsection; and
b. Subpart the Evaluation of Programs and the Budget.

Section 25

(1) The Planning Subsection has a task of conducting program creation, activities, and institutional development plans.
(2) The Program's evaluation and budgeting subsections have the task of conducting the evaluation of plans, programs, and budgets.

Section 26

The Information Systems and Reporting section has the task of carrying out collection, processing, updates, and presentation of data and information services.

Section 27

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 26, the Information Systems Section and Reporting Host function:
a. data collection and processing;
B. data updates;
c. Data preservation and information services; and
D. Report set.

Section 28

The Information Systems and Reporting section consists of:
a. Data Subsection; and
b. Information and Reporting Subsections.

Article 29

(1) The Data Subsection has a task of performing collection, processing and presentation of data.
(2) The Information and Reporting Subsection has a task of conducting information services as well as the analysis and drafting of the report.

Section 30

The Bureau of Human Resources, Law, and Governance as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (3) of the letter c has the task of carrying out the affairs of human resources, law, indiscretion, entrepreneurship, and dissection.

Article 31

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 30, the Bureau of Human Resources, Law, and Tata Kelola host the function
a. the implementation of the human resources business;
B. exercise of legal affairs;
c. implementation of the agility business;
D. the execution of the ketone ' s business; and

Section 32

The Bureau of Human Resources, Law, and Governance consists of:
a. Part of the Service;

The Bureau of Finance and State Property as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (3) of the letter d has the duty of carrying out the financial affairs and management of the state-owned goods.

Article 46

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 45, the State Bureau of Finance and Goods organizes the function:
a. the implementation of financial and accounting affairs; and
B. the execution of the management of state-owned goods.

Article 47

The State Bureau of Finance and Goods consists of:
a. Financial Part;
B. The State Property Section; and
c. Functional Office Group.

Section 48

The Financial Section has the task of carrying out financial management.

Section 49

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 48, the Financial Section organizes functions:
a. implementation of the financing affair;
B. the execution of the treasury; and
c. implementation of accounting and financial reporting.

Section 50

The Finance section consists of:
a. The Treasury Subsection; and
b. Financial Accounting Subsection.

Section 51

(1) The Treasury Subsection has a duty to conduct financing, acceptance, storage, payment, and budgeting responsibility.
(2) The Financial Accounting Subsection has a duty to conduct accounting and financial reporting affairs.

Section 52

Parts of the State Property have the task of carrying out the management of state-owned goods.

Article 53

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 52, the State-owned Goods section organizes functions:
a. the implementation of the country ' s property needs planning affairs;
B. the execution of procurement, storage, distribution, and removal of State-owned goods;
c. implementation of the country ' s proprietary inventory of goods; and
D. the implementation of the state-owned goods accounting and reporting affairs.

Section 54

The State of the Goods consists of:
a. Subsection of Absence And Removal; and
b. Subsection Accounting and Proprietary Goods Reporting.

Section 55

(1) The Repository Subportion has a duty to do business planning, procurement, storage, distribution, and removal of state-owned goods.
(2) The State-owned Accounting and Accounting Subsection has a duty to conduct inventory, accounting, and reporting of the state-owned goods.

Section 56

The functional office group referred to in Article 10 of the letter c, Section 21 of the letter c, Section 32 of the d, and
Article 47 of the letter c has the task of carrying out activities in accordance with the tasks of the functional office each corresponding to the Laws.

Fourth Quarter
Faculty and Graduate

Section 57

Faculty and Graduate as referred to in Article 3 of the letter c are the academic executors who are below and are responsible to the Rector.

Section 58

Faculty consists of:
a. Faculty of Law;
b. Faculty of Economics and Business;
c. Faculty of Medicine;
d. Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences;
e. Faculty of Agriculture;
f. Faculty of Dentistry;
g. Faculty of Social Science and Political Science;
h. Faculty of Cultural Sciences;
i. The Faculty of Psychology;
j. The Faculty of the Ranch;
k. Faculty of Communication Sciences;
I. The Faculty of Nursing;
m. Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences;
n. The Faculty of Agricultural Industry Technology;
o. Faculty of Pharmacy; and
p. Faculty of Geology Engineering.

Section 59

Faculty has the task of coordinating and carrying out education in one or a number of branches of science, technology, art and/or sport.

Section 60

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 59, the Faculty organizes functions:
a. implementation and development of education in the Faculty environment;
B. execution of research for the development of science, technology, art and/or sport;
c. execution of the service to the community;
D. the execution of the coaching of the academic civitas; and
e. the execution of the business of business.

Section 61

(1) The Faculty consists of:
a. Dean and Vice Dean;
B. Senate Faculty;
C. The Tata Business section;
D. Study Program;
e. Laboratory/Studio; and
f. Functional Position Group.
(2) The UNPAD can form other types of Jates/Department or other desigcountries in the Faculty according to the need.
(3) The Establishment of a Department/Department or other similar designation as referred to in paragraph (2) is performed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 62

(1) The Faculty is led by a Dean.
(2) The Dean is assisted by 2 (two) Vice Dean people.
(3) The Vice Dean is responsible to the Dean.

Section 63

The Vice Dean consists of:
a. Deputy Dean of Academic Fields, Student Student, and Cooperation; and
b. Vice Dean Field of Planning, Resources, and Governance.

Section 64

(1) Vice Dean of Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation has the task of assisting the Dean in leading the exercise of education, research, devotion to the community, cooperation, and student employment.
(2) The Vice Dean of Planning, Resources, and Governance Department has the task of assisting the Dean in leading the implementation of activities in the field of general administration, planning, finance, resources, infrastructure facilities, and governance.

(1) The Faculty of the Faculty has a duty to provide consideration and oversight of the Dean in academic conduct in the Faculty environment.
(2) Further provisions on the Faculty Senate are set up in the Rector Ordinance.

Section 66

(1) The Governance section is an administrative unit of service in the Faculty environment.
(2) The Tata Business Section is led by a Chief responsible to the Dean.

Section 67

Part of the Business System has the task of carrying out academic affairs, student employment, planning, finance, employment, personal agility, entrepreneurship, household, state property, and reporting in the Faculty environment.

Section 68

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 67, the Tata Business section organizes functions:
a. implementation of academic affairs in the Faculty environment;

c. implementation of planning and financial affairs in the Faculty environment;
D. the implementation of the personal and civil affairs matters in the Faculty environment;

f. the implementation of data matters and faculty reporting.

Section 69

Part of the Governance on the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Faculty Psychology, the Faculty of the Ranch, and the Faculty of Communication Sciences consist of:
a. Subsection of Learning and Kemahasiswaan;
b. Data Subsections and Reporting;
c. Financial Subsection and Sarana Prasarana; and
d. Subsection of the Workforce And Tata Kelola.

Section 70

(1) The Learning and Kemahasising Subsection has a task of conducting educational, research, devotion to the community, and student affairs.
(2) The Data Subsection and Reporting have the task of performing collection, processing, presentation of data, and reporting.
(3) Subsection of Finance and Sarana Prasarana have the task of conducting financial affairs and the management of state-owned goods.
(4) The Workforce Subsections and Tata Kelola have the task of working on the business of staffing, the agility, entrepreneurship, and the house of the city.

Article 71

Parts of the Effort on the Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Faculty of Technology Industry Technology, Faculty of Pharmacy, and the Faculty of Geology Engineering consist of:
a. Subsection of Learning, Students, and Data; and
b. Resource Value Unit and Governance.

Section 72

(1) Learning Subsection, Student General, and Data has the task of conducting educational, research, community service, and student affairs, and data preparation and reporting.
(2) Subsections of Resources and Tata Kelola have the task of conducting planning, financial, employee, business, entrepreneurship, household, and management of state-owned goods.


Section 73

Section 74

(2) The Laboratory/Studio is led by a functional power whose expertise has met the requirements in accordance with the branches of science, technology, art, and/or sport and is responsible to the Dean.

Section 75

Laboratories/Studio has the task of conducting activities in the branch of science, technology, art, and/or sport as a support for the execution of Faculty tasks.

Article 76

(1) Functional Position Group as referred to in Section 61 paragraph (1) the letter f consists of lecturers, educational laboratory links, and other functional forces.
(2) The Group of Functional Functional Posts is a group of professional educators and scientists with the primary task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, art, and/or sports through education, research, and devotion to the community.
(3) Lecturer, education laboratory link, and other functional power are responsible to the Dean.

Section 77

(2) The deputy director is responsible to the Director.

Article 79

Subsection of Tata Business as referred to in Section 77 of the letter b has the task of conducting planning, financial, employee, business, entrepreneurship, corporate property, country property, education, and reporting on Postgraduate.

Fifth Part
The institution

Section 80

(1) The institution as referred to in Article 3 of the letter d is an academic managing element under the Rector who carries out a portion of the tasks and functions in the field of development of learning and education, quality assurance, research, and devotion to the community.
(2) The institution is led by a Chairman in charge of the Rector.
(3) The Chairman in performing his duties is assisted by a Secretary of the Institute.
(4) The Chairman and Secretary of the Institution was appointed and dismissed by the Rector.
(5) The institution consists of:
a. The Mutu Learning and Learning Development Institute;
B. Student Development Agency and Alumni Relations; and
C. Institute of Research and Engagement to the Society.

Section 81

The Mutu Learning and Warranty Development Institute as referred to in Section 80 paragraph (5) of the letter a has the task of carrying out, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the development activities of learning and quality assurance.

Section 82

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 81, the Mutu Learning and Learning Development Institute organizes functions:

e. implementation of the education quality assurance;
f. implementation of monitoring and evaluation of the development and quality of education quality; and
G. implementation of the Institution administration.

Section 83

The Mutu Learning Development and Warranty Development Institute consists of:
a. Speaker;
B. Secretary;
c. Tata Business Subsection;
d. Center; and
e. Functional Office Group.

Section 84

(1) The Tata Business Subsection has the task of carrying out planning, financial, employee, business, and enterprise goods and data-owned goods and development information and development information and data. Quality assurance.

a. Institute plans, programs, and agencies budget;

Section 90

(1) The Centre has a task of carrying out student development activities and alumni relationships according to their field.

Article 91

The Society of Research and Engagement to the Community as referred to in Section 80 paragraph (5) of the letter c has the task of executing, coordinating, monitoring, and assessing the execution of research activities and devotion to the community.

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 91, the Institute of Research and Engagement to the Society, organizes a function:
a. Institute plans, programs, and agencies budget;
B. implementation of pure and applied scientific research;
c. execution of the service to the community;
D. coordination of the conduct of research and devotion to the community in the UNPAD environment;
e. execution of research results and devotion to the community;
f. the improvement of the relevance of research and engagement programs to the public in accordance with the needs of the community

Section 93

Research and Engagement Institute to the Society consists of:
a. Speaker;

BAB IV
WORK LAYOUT

Section 138.

(1) Vice Rector, Dean, Graduate Director, Chairman of the Institute, Head of the Bureau, and Head of the Technical Managing Unit are required to coordinate with the organizational unit either with the organization units in the UNPAD environment and with other agencies Outside of the UNPAD, in accordance with their respective duties.
(2) The further provisions of coordination as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Rector Ordinance.

Section 139

(1) Any unit leader of the organization in the UNPAD environment in carrying out its mandatory duties:

(1) All duties and functions as set out in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 0203 /O/1995 about the Organization and Work of Padjadjaran University as amended by the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 282/O/1999 on Changes to the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 0203 /O/1995 about the Organization and Workforce of the University of Padjadjaran remains to be implemented until the implementation of the Organization and the Working Tata University of Padjadjaran as set up in the Minister ' s Rules Here.

CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 145

With the enactment of the Regulation of this Minister, Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 0203 /O/1995 about the Organization and Workforce of Padjadjaran University as amended by the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 282 /O/1999 on Changes to the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 0203 /O/1995 about the Organization and the Work Order of the University of Padjadjaran was revoked and stated to be not applicable.

Article 146
