REGULATION of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 49 by 2013 ABOUT ENDORSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION ACADEMY AS AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION (the APPROVAL of the ESTABLISHMENT of the INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION ACADEMY AS INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS) with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the PRESIDENT of the Republic of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in Vienna, Austria, on September 2, 2010 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed an Agreement for the Establishment of the International Anti-Corruption Academy as an International Organization (the approval of the establishment of the International Anti-corruption Academy as international organizations) as a result of negotiations, representatives of Countries members of the United Nations;
b. that in order to improve the institutional capacity and developing human resources in the field of the prevention and eradication of corruption as well as to show commitment in eradicating corruption in both the national level and in the framework of the international, Indonesia needs to become parties in the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA);
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to ratify the agreement with the regulations of the President;
Remember: 1. Article 4 paragraph (1) and article 11 of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Law Number 24 year 2000 concerning international treaty (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia year 2000 Number 185, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4012);
3. Presidential Decree Number 64 in 1999 about the membership of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government's contribution to Indonesia in international organizations;
Decide: define: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION on ENDORSEMENT of the AGREEMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION ACADEMY AS AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION (the APPROVAL of the ESTABLISHMENT of the international ANTI-CORRUPTION ACADEMY on CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES AS INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS).
Article 1 affirms the Agreement for the Establishment of the International Anti-Corruption Academy as an International Organization (the approval of the establishment of the International Anti-corruption Academy as international organizations) which was signed on September 2, 2010 in Vienna, Austria that was originally in Arabic, Chinese, French, United Kingdom, France, Russia, the Language and the language of Spain, as well as its translation in Indonesian Language as it is attached and part of which is inseparable from the Rule of the President.
Article 2 in the event of a difference of interpretation between Approval in Indonesian Language translation with the original script as stipulated in article 1, which apply are the original manuscripts in Arabic, Chinese, French, United Kingdom, France, Russia, the Language and the language of Spain.
Article 3 of the regulation this President comes into force on the date of promulgation.
In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of regulations this President with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
