AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE
INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION ACADEMY AS AN INTERNATIONAL
ORGANIZATION (ANTICORRUPTION ACADEMY FOUNDING CONSENT
INTERNATIONAL AS AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION)
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Vienna, Austria, on September 2, 2010 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Agreement for the Establishment of the International Anti-Corruption Academy as an International Organization (Approval of the Standing Academy) International anticorruption as an International Organization), as a result of the negotiations of the United Nations Member States of the United Nations;
b. that in order to increase institutional capacity and develop human resources in the field of prevention and eradication of corruption and to demonstrate commitment in the eradication of corruption both in national nomenclaity and in skeletal international, Indonesia needs to be a party to the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA);
c. that on the basis of consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to pass the Agreement with the Presidential Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) and Section 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
3. Presidential Decree Number 64 Year 1999 on Indonesian Membership and Contribution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on International Organizations;
DECIDED:
SET: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE ENACTMENT OF THE AGREEMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION ACADEMY AS AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION (APPROVAL OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INTERNA-SIONAL ANTICORRUPTION ACADEMY AS AN ORGANIZATION INTERNATIONAL).
Section 1
Ratify the Agreement for the Establishment of the International Anti-Corruption Academy as an International Organization (The Establishment of the International Anticorruption Academy as an International Organization) which has been signed on the 2nd September 2010 in Vienna, Austria, which was originally in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, and Spanish, and translation in Indonesian as part of which it is not. be separated from this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation of the translation between the translation of the Agreement in Indonesian with the original text as referred to in Article 1, the original text is in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, and the English language, the English language, the English language, the Russian, and Spanish.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
