e Secretariat task as referred to in paragraph (1), include:
a.   carry out the coordination of the LPSE KESDM and related agencies;
B. carry out the enterprise business and the management of the general administration to support the implementation of the task execution and the function of the LPSE KESDM;
c. carry out the management of the means, infrastructure, and LPSE resources towards the case;
D.   carrying out monitoring, evaluation and reporting of LPSE KESDM activities; and
e.   carrying out another task given by the Head of LPSE KESDM.

Section 8

Section 9
(1) The Registration and Verification field as referred to in Section 6 of the d-letter has the task of carrying out the registration and verification of the SPSE User.
(2) The details of the Registrations and Verification duties as referred to in paragraph (1), include:
a.   carrying out SPSE User registration services;
B. carry out the delivery of information to SPSE Users about the completion of the documents required;
c. carry out the verification of all documents and information as the SPSE user registration requirements; and
D.   carrying out the SPSE user archive and document management.

Article 10
(1) The Service and Support fields referred to in Section 6 of the letter e have the task of carrying out information services, consulting, training, and granting of SPSE operations support.
(2) The details of Service Field tasks and Support as referred to in paragraph (1), include:
a. implement consulting services on the process of Electronic Goods/Services or E-Procurement in the Environment of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources;
B.   carrying out information about the SPSE facilities and features;
c. carry out complaint handling regarding the service LPSE KESDM;
D.   carrying out SPSE use training services; and
e.   Perform SPSE operating support (helpdesk) support.

Section 11
The membership of LPSE KESDM as referred to in Article 6 is lifted and dismissed by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Article 12
(1) Members of LPSE KESDM are required to meet the requirements:
a. civil servant or a non civil civil servant;
B. have technical and managerial qualifications;
c. possess moral integrity, discipline, and responsibility in carrying out the duties; and
D. Not as an employee of a Commitment Term.
(2) The membership of the LPSE (s) as referred to in the paragraph (1) is derived from a civil servant or non-civil servant who works on the Primary Unit/Unit which has a ULP.
(3) The membership of the LPSE KESDM that is derived from civil servants is assigned functionally and the status of the staffing remains in the working unit in question.

BAB IV
WORK LAYOUT
Section 13
(1) LPSE KESDM established a working relationship with PA/KPA, ULP, Acting Officer in the environment of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and other related parties.
(2) The LPSE is in coordination with the LKPP related to information giving and technical proposals related to the problem and development of the SPSE.
(3) Further provisions regarding the relationship, procedure, and work mechanism of the LPSE KESDM are set by the Chief LPSE KESDM.

Section 5
In carrying out the task as referred to in Section 4, LPSE KESDM organizes a function:
a. implementation of the facilitation of PA/KPA in the environment of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in announcing the general plan of barang/jasa; general procurement
B.   implementation of the ULP facilitation in airing the announcement of the implementation of the barang/jasa;
c. implementation of the facilitation of the ULP or the Acting Officer in the Environment of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in carrying out the selection of Providers/services electronically;
D.   implementation of the facilitation of the Goods/Services Provider and the parties in the interest of being an LPSE;
e.   SPSE management;
f.    Registration and verification of SPSE Users;
G.   SPSE operating services and training services; and
h. The preparation of activities program, agility, evaluation and reporting management of the Absence Goods/Services electronically or E-Procurement in the Environment of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Section 6
The LPSE's KESDM organization consists of:
a. Head;
B. Secretariat;
c. Field of Electronic System Administration;
d. Registration and Verification fields; and
e. Field of Services and Support.

Section 7
(1) The Secretariat as referred to in Article 6 of the letter b has the task of carrying out the drafting of the activities program, the ketone, the evaluation and reporting of the implementation of the activities of the LPSE's work.
