REVOCATION OF NATIONAL STANDARDIZATION BODY GUIDELINES (PBSN) 701 – 2000: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATION SYSTEM
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL STANDARDIZATION AGENCY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that of the National Standardization Agency Guidelines (PBSN) 701 – 2000: General requirements of the Environmental Management System Certification System designated by Decision of the Head of the National Standardization Board Number: 1908 /BSN-I a.3/HK.32/07/2000, already did not corresponds to the current conditions;
B. that based on consideration as indicated on the letter a, it needs to revoke the National Standardization Agency Guidelines (PBSN) 701 – 2000: General Requirements of the Environmental Management System Certification Authority;
Given: 1. Government Regulation No. 102 Year 2000 on National Standardization (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 No. 199, Additional Gazette State Number 4220);
2. Presidential Decree No. 84 /M 2012 on the Governing Body of the National Standardization Agency;
DECIDED:
Setting: REGULATION OF NATIONAL STANDARDIZATION BODY HEAD ON THE REVOCATION OF NATIONAL STANDARDIZATION BODY GUIDELINES (PBSN) 701 – 2000: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION
Article 1
(1) National Standardization Agency (PBSN) Guidelines 701 – 2000: General requirements of the Environmental Management System Certification Agency.
(2) Decision of the Head of the National Standardization Board Number: 1908 /BSN-I a.3/HKHK.32/07/2000 about the National Standardization Board Guidelines (PBSN) 701 – 2000: General requirements of the Environmental Management System Certification Agency.
revoked and declared not applicable.
Article 2
This Regulation is beginning to apply at the specified date
