CHANGES TO THE HIGH SCHOOL OF CIVIL ISLAM RELIGION PONTIANAK
BEING THE PONTIANAK STATE ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS INSTITUTE
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing in: that in order to meet the demands of the development and needs of Islamic religion as well as in order to realize qualified human resources in the field of Islamic religion, it is necessary to establish the President's Rule on Change. The High School of Islamic State Pontianak became the Institute of Religious Islamic State of Pontianak;

Remembering: 1.   Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
3. Act No. 12 Year 2012 on Higher Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 158, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5336);
4. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 2010 on Management and Hosting Education (State Gazette 2010 Number 23, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 5105) as amended by Regulation (2010). Government Number 66 Of 2010 (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2010 Number 112, Addition Of State Sheet Indonesia No. 5157);

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION ON THE CHANGES IN THE HIGH SCHOOL OF THE ISLAMIC STATE OF PONTIANAK INTO PONTIANAK' S STATE ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS INSTITUTE.

Section 1
(1) With the Regulation of this President the High School of Islamic State Pontianak converted its form to the Pontianak State Islamic Institute of Religion.
(2) The State Islamic Religious Institute of Pontianak is a college in the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Section 2
By the time the President's Rule came into effect, all the wealth, students, rights, and obligations of the High School of Islamic State of Pontianak were transferred to wealth, students, rights, and obligations of the Pontianak State Islamic Institute of Religion.

Section 3
By the time the President's Ordinance went into effect, all the employees who worked at Pontianak's Islamic State Islamic High School continued to perform their duties until the status of the employment concerned with the rules of the law. Applicable laws.
Section 4
By the time the President's Ordinance goes into effect, all the provisions of the High School of Islamic State of Pontianak which are not in conflict with the President's Ordinance remain in effect until it is amended and/or a new rule of law. based on this President ' s Regulation.

Section 5
Further provisions are required for the implementation of the Regulation of this President, governed by the Minister of Education and Culture and the Minister of Religious Affairs, both together and individually in accordance with the fields of their respective duties with the concern the provisions of the laws.

Section 6
By the time the President's Rule went into effect, all the provisions regarding the establishment of the Pontianak Islamic Religious High School as set out in Presidential Decree Number 11 of 1997 on the Establishment of the High School of Islamic State, revoked and declared not applicable.

Section 7
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
