THE EXTENT OF THE COUNTY AREA OF BANYUMAS WITH CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE ROT REGENCY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
INTERIOR MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to order the administration of the government in Banyumas Regency and the Kebumen Regency of Central Java province, it needs to be set the exact area boundary between Banyumas Regency with the Kebumen Regency of Central Java Province;
B. that the definition of the boundary of the area between Banyumas Regency and Kebumen as referred to in the letter a has been agreed by the Government of Banyumas Regency and Kebumen Regency with facilitated by the Government of Central Java Province and approved by the Central Regional Border Limits Team;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Indonesia on the Limits of the District of Banyumas with the Regency of Central Java Province;

DECIDED:
Establish :REGULATION OF THE INTERIOR MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE LIMITS OF THE COUNTY AREA OF BANYBE WITH CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCIAL ROT REGENCY.
Section 1
In the Regulation of this Minister, which is meant by:
1. Banyumas Regency is an autonomous region as referred to in Act No. 13 of the 1950s on the Establishment of County Areas in the Central Djawa Propinsi Environment.
2. Kebumen is an autonomous region as referred to in Act No. 13 of the 1950s on the Establishment of the Regency Areas in the Central Djawa Propinsi Environment.
3. Central Java Province is an autonomous region as referred to in Law Number 10 of the Year 1950 about the Formation of the Central Djawa Propinsi.
4. The next major boundary pillar (PBU) is a pillar mounted as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City which is placed directly on the boundary between the area of the Province/Central Region/City.
5. The next Main Border Boundary Point (PABU) is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/County/City laid down on the natural or artificial boundary which serves as the boundary line connectable between the regions Province/Kabupaten/City.
6.
