Section 24
The steps undertaken at the assignment stage as referred to in Article 20 of the letter d consist of:
a. Bureau Planning of Setjen Kemhan as an inordinate in the field of institutional and prepping up the draft Ministerial Regulation on the Organization and the Ministry of Defence Work.

4) The Secretary General of Kemhan is responsible in the field of coaching and organizing of the organization and the layout.

e. The Defense Minister ' s Regulation on the Organization and the Ministry of Defence Services is distributed by the Defense Planning Bureau of Kemhan to Kasatker/Kasubsatker in the Kemhan neighborhood to be implemented.
f.   implement coordination, integration, synchronization, and socialization, both into and out of Kemhan according to the organization's tasks and functions.

c. based on the results of the discussion and formulation of the problem solving, the initial design of the subject matter and the preliminary draft of the Defense Minister's Regulation on the Organization and the Working Tata, as the proposed organizational arrangement; and
D.   Kasatker/Kasubsatker proposed the arrangement of the organization to the Chief Planning Bureau of Setjen Kemhan, submitted to the Minister.

Section 22
The steps undertaken at the discussion stage of the problem as referred to in Article 20 of the letter b consist of:
a. Minister gives direction to Secretary General of Kemhan and the official of Eselon I Kemhan, related to the proposal of organizing the organization of the Satker/Subsatker of the claimant;
b. Secretariat General of Kemhan provides direction to the Bureau of Planning of Setjen Kemhan as an official in charge of the organization's management and layout to examine the proposed Satker/Subsatker proposal.
c. Chief Planning Bureau of Setjen Kemhan forms a working group team to discuss the issue of the proposed Satker/Subsatker organization in the Kemhan neighborhood;
d. The Department of Health-based Setjen Planning, will deliver the Basic Mind Design of the Defence Minister about the Organization and the Ministry of Defence Ordinance and the Ministry of Defence Regulation on the Organization and the Ministry of Work Act (s). the results of the work of the working group team to the Secretary General of Kemhan;
e. The results of the working group team of the PoTeams Mind Design of the Defence Minister about the Organization and the Ministry of Defence and the Design of the Defense Minister Regulation on the Organization and the Ministry of Work (s) General Kemhan to the Minister;
f.
