PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the Organizational Civil Servant is assigned and assigned to the Functional Librarian's office, needs to be provided with a functional office allowance that matches the workload and responsibility of the job;

DECIDED:
SET THE PRESIDENT ' S RULES ON THE ALLOWANCE OF A LIBRARIAN FUNCTIONAL OFFICE.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the Librarian Functional Office Allowance, which is next called the Librarian allowance, is a functional office allowance given to the Civil Service appointed and assigned to the Order of the Librarian. In full use of the Librarian Office in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To the civil servant who is appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Librarian's office, it is granted a Librarian allowance every month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Librarian allowance as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 4
The allowance of the Librarian as referred to in Article 3, given since the President's Ordinance is promulred.
Section 5
The Librarian of the Libraries is terminated if the Civil Service is referred to in Article 2, is appointed in a structural position or other functional office or because of other matters that result in the granting of the allowance to be terminated. with the provisions of the laws.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 7
By the time the President's Rule came into effect, the Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2007 on the Functional Office Allowance of Librarians, revoked and stated did not apply.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
