REGULATION of the MINISTER of HEALTH of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 73 2013 ABOUT COMMON FUNCTIONAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT MINISTRY OF HEALTH with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of HEALTH of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that to support the smooth implementation of the duties and functions of the Ministry of health, in addition to the term of Office of certain structural and functional general functional position as required basis in the planning and placement of employees;

Given: 1. Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of HEALTH ABOUT the OFFICE of the PUBLIC MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT in FUNCTIONAL health.
CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. Prospective civil servants who subsequently abbreviated CPNS is a citizen of Indonesia who apply for and pass the exam stated filtering and identity number has given civil servants.

5. Structural Position is a position that shows the assignment of responsibility, authority, and rights of a civil servant in order to lead a unit of the organization.

Article 5 (1) any CPNS in the Environment Ministry of health in his Functional common.

(4) determination of moving CIVIL SERVANTS referred to in subsection (2) is fixed by the Minister or the designated official.
Chapter V miscellaneous PROVISIONS article 8 (1) the Office of a functional than those provided for in this regulation remain recognized all required by the organization.

CHAPTER VI CLOSING PROVISIONS article 10 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.
