6. Presidential Decree No. 87 of 1999 on Functional Office Functional Civil Servants as amended by Presidential Regulation No. 97 of 2012 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 235);
DECIDED:
SET TO THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATIONS ON THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE ALLOWANCE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL WATCHDOG.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the Environmental Monitoring Functional Office Allowance, which is subsequently referred to as the Environmental Superintendent's allowance, is a functional office allowance given to the civil servant of the United States. which is installed and assigned in full in the Functional Office of the Environmental Supervising Environment in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To civil servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of the Environmental Supervising, it is given the Environmental Supervising allowance every month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Environmental Supervising allowance as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 4
The Environment Service is not available when the Cloud Service is terminated, as specified in Section 2, is appointed in a structural or other functional office or because of other things that result in the granting of benefits. terminated in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 5
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 6
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
