ABOUT
THE NATIONAL NUCLEAR POWER BODY ' S STANDARD UNIT PRICE
YEAR BUDGET 2014
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
HEAD OF THE NATIONAL NUCLEAR POWER AGENCY,
Weigh: a. that with the Chief BATAN Regulation No. 189 /KA/IX/2012 has been set the Price of the Standard Unit of the BATAN Year of the Budget Year 2013;
B. that given the number of changes in the number or structure of the cost, it will impact the planning and implementation of the 2014 Budget Year activities, so that the BATAN Standard Unit Price needs to be adjusted to the development;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a, and the letter b, need to establish the BATAN Chief Regulation on the Standard Unit Price of the Year of Budget 2014;

14.Regulation of the National Nuclear Power Agency Number 211 /KA/XII/2010 on the Drafting Guidelines, Implementation, Reporting and Surveillance of the National Nuclear Power Agency's Budget and Shopping Board of State;
DECIDED:
SET: THE NATIONAL GOVERNING BODY ' S HEAD REGULATION ON THE STANDARD UNIT PRICE OF THE NATIONAL NUCLEAR POWER YEAR OF 2014 BUDGET.
Section 1
The National Nuclear Power Agency (BATAN) Standard Unit price of 2014 as such in the Annex, is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Section 2
(1) The Price of the Standard Unit of the Year of the Budget Year 2014 as referred to in Article 1 is used as a guideline in drafting the work and budget plan as well as the implementation of the 2014 Budget Year activities.
(2) In the implementation of the budget, the Standard Unit Price of the Year of the Budget Year 2014 as referred to in paragraph (1) serves as:
a. the highest limit; or
B. An estimate.
(3) The price of the BATAN Standard Unit as referred to in paragraph (2) of the letter is the quantity of charge that cannot be exceeded in determining the price of barang/service.
(4) The price of the BTE Standard Unit as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter b is the quantity of charge that can be exceeded in determining the price of the goods/services adjusted for market prices, the procurement process and the availability of the budget allocations with the Consider the principle of economics, efficiency, effectiveness, and refers to the composure of laws.
(5) The value of the BATAN Standard Unit of the Year of Budget 2014 already includes Value Added Tax.
Section 3
Things are not yet set forth in this Regulation, applicable provisions as referred to in the Financial Ministers Regulation Number 071 /PMK.02/ 2013 about the Cost Standards Guidelines, Standard Cost Structure, and Indecation in the Drafting Of The Work Plan and the Budget Ministry of State/Instituting, and Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 072 /PMK.02/ 2013 on the Cost of the 2014 Budget Year;
Section 4
When this Regulation is in effect, the implementation of the 2013 Budget Year activities remains in effect the terms referred to in the Chief Regulation of BATAN Number 189 /KA/IX/2012 on the Price of the Standard Unit of the 2013 Budget Year.
Section 5
The Chief of BATAN's rule came into effect on the date of the promulclations.
