THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
PT INDONESIA CREDIT INSURANCE
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to improve the structure of the application and increase the business capacity of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Insurance Credit Indonesia in order to exercise the credit of people's business credit for the continuity and development of the activities of the real sector by Micro, small, and medium enterprises to increase the growth of national economies, need to increase the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Insurance Credit Indonesia which is sourced from Budget and State Shopping Budget of the Year of Budget 2013;
B. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and to carry out the provisions of Article 4 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 19 Year 2003 on the State-Owed Business Agency, it needs to establish the Government Regulation on the Addition of the Inclusion Capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the Modal Stock Company of Perseroan (Persero) PT Insurance Indonesia Credit;
Remembering: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 19 of 2003 on the State Governing Body (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 70, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4297);
3. Act No. 1 Year 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet Indonesia 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
4. Law No. 19 Year 2012 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2013 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 228, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5361) as amended by Law No. 15 Year 2013 on Changes to the Law No. 19 of 2012 on Budget and State Shopping 2013 Budget Year 2013 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 2013 No. 108, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 5426);
5. Government Regulation No. 44 Year 2005 on the Tata Way Inclusion And Entrepreneurship Enterprises of the State-owned Enterprises and Limited Perseroan (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2005 No. 116, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 4555);
DECIDED:
Establishing: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT OF CREDIT INSURANCE INDONESIA.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia made the addition of a capital inclusion in the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Insurance Indonesia, which was established under Government Regulation No. 1 of 1971 on the Republic of the Republic's Modal Inclusion. Indonesia for the Establishment of a Corporate Perseroan in the Field of Insurance Credit.
Section 2
(1) The added value of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 1 of Rp880.000.000.00 (eight hundred eighty billion rupiah).
(2) The addition of the State Capital ' s inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) is sourced from the State Budget and Budget Year of Budget 2013.
Section 3
This Government Regulation shall begin in effect on the date of the promulctest.
