BAB VIII
TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 12
(1) The PNF unit that has had a founding permit and/or operational clearance remains in effect until the expiration.
(2) The request for a new establishment permit or extension of the establishment permit is guideline on this Minister Regulation.

Section 13
(1) At the time the Regulation of the Minister is in effect, the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 261 /U/1999 on the Expiration Course related to the establishment of the LKP is revoked and declared to be not applicable.

BAB IX
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 14
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.

(5) The established smart home can host the program:
a. an early-age child education;
B. education of accetic education;
c. equality education;
D. life skills education;
e. female empowerment education;
f.   increased reading interest, art and culture; and/or
G. Other nonformal education required society.
(6) A shared study hall may host the program:
a. life skills education;
B. female empowerment education;
c. education of desecration;
D. arts and culture education; and/or
e. Other nonformal education required society.
(7) The established study guidance institute may host the program:
a. equality education;
B. education enhancers of academic competence; and/or
c. Other nonformal education required by the public.

BAB III
ESTABLISHMENT REQUIREMENTS
Section 5
(1) The founding requirement of the PNF Unit consists of:
a. administrative requirements; and
B. Technical requirements.
(2) The administrative requirements consist of:
a.   Population Card Photocopy (KTP) Founder;
B.   The layout of the caretaker and the task details;
C.   Village Head domicile letter/Lurah;
D.   The description of the ownership or use of the use of a learning place for 3 (three) years.
e. In the case of the Founder is the legal entity, the Founder Attaches the Legal Body Redemption Letter from the Ministry in the field of Law.

(3) The technical requirements of the Education Unit Development Plan document by referring to the National Standards of Education.

BAB IV
TATA PERIZING WAY
Section 6
(1) The founder submitted the PNF Unit ' s founding letter of application by attaching technical and administrative requirements to the Head of the Service.
(2) The Head of the Service performs administrative and technical file verification.
(3) The Head of the Service gives the approval or rejection of the founding of the PNF Unit at most 30 (thirty) working days, since the application is accepted.
(4) The Head of the Service publishes the Founding Permit of the PNF Unit.

Section 7
The PNF units that have obtained the Establishment permit are given the Master Number of Nonformal Education Units with guidelines on the Order of the Mother Number governed by the Minister of Education and Culture.

BAB V
COACHING
Section 8
(1) The Head of the Service conducts coaching on the PNF Unit.
(2) The coaching is done in order to increase institutional capacity.
(3) The coaching is technically done by the Viewer.

BAB VI
SUPERVISION AND CONTROL
Section 9
(1) The Head of the Service conducts oversight and control of the PNF Unit.
(2) The supervision and control is technically done by the Viewer.

BAB VII
PNF UNIT CLOSURE
Section 10
(1) The closing of the PNF unit constitutes a cessation of activities or removal of the PNF unit.
(2) The closure of the PNF unit is performed if:
a. PNF units no longer meet the establishment requirements of the PNF unit;
B. The PNF unit has not organized a nonformal educational program 2 (two) years in a row;
(3) The closing of the PNF unit is carried out the District/City Government.

Section 11
(1) The closing of the PNF unit can be carried out based on the evaluation results by the Team formed by the Head of the Service.
(2) The closing of the PNF unit as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) followed by:
a. Conversion/transfer of students to other PNF units that host programs, types and types are the same;
