ABOUT
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CURRICULUM
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in the course of the implementation of the curriculum in the ibtidaid primary school/madrassa, secondary school/madrasah tsanawiyah, upper secondary school/madrasah aliyah, and vocational secondary school/madrassa aliyah vocational, need to establish the Education and Culture Minister ' s Regulation on Curriculum Implementation;
Given: 1. Law Number 20 Year 2003 on National Education System (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
2. Government Regulation No. 19 Year 2005 on National Standards of Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2005 Number 41, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4496) as amended by Government Regulation Number 32 2013 on Changes to Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 on the National Standard of Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2013 No. 71, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5410);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, Functions, Organizational Organizations, and the working order of the Ministry of State of Indonesia as amended last several times with Presidential Regulation No. 38 of 2013;
5. Presidential Decree Number 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Decree Number 60 /P Year 2013;
6. Education and Fitness Ministerial Regulation Number 54 Year 2013 on the Standards of Elementary And Secondary Education Graduates;
7. Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Fitness Number 64 Year 2013 on the Standard and Medium Education Contents Standard;
8. Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Fitness Number 65 Year 2013 on the Standard and Medium Education Process Standards;
9. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Fitness Number 66 Year 2013 on the Standards of Basic and Medium Education Assessment;
Ten. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Fitness Number 67 of 2013 on the Basic Framework and the Basic School Curriculum Structure/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah;
11. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Fitness Number 68 of 2013 on the Basic Framework and the Curriculum Structure of the First Secondary School/Madrasah Tsanawiyah;
Twelve. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Fitness Number 69 Year 2013 on the Basic Framework and the High School Curriculum Structure/Madrasah Aliyah;
Thirteen. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Fitness Number 70 Year 2013 on the Basic Framework and the Vocational High School Curriculum/Madrasah Aliyah Vocational School Curriculum;
14. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Fitness Number 71 of 2013 on the Book of Lessons Lessons and the Teacher ' s Handbook for Primary and Medium Education;
DECIDED:
Sets: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CURRICULUM.
Article 1
The implementation of the curriculum at the ibtidaiyah primary school/madrasas (SD/MI), the first secondary school/madrasah tsanawiyah (SMP/MTs), upper secondary school/madrasah aliyah (SMA/MA), and vocational secondary school/madrasah aliyah vocational (SMK/MAK) is done gradually starting from the 2013/2014 lesson year.
Article 2
(1) The implementation of the curriculum on SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/MA, and SMK/MAK uses curriculum implementation guidelines that include:
a. Guide and Managing Management of the Education Unit-level curriculum;
B. Local Charge Development Guidelines;
C. Extracurricular Activity Guidelines;
D. The General Guidelines for Learning; and
e. Curriculum Evaluations.
(2) The implementation guidelines of the curriculum as referred to in paragraph (1) are listed in Appendix I to the Annex V which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Article 3
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
