EMPLOYEES IN THE TRADE MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.   that bureaucratic reform in the Ministry of Commerce environment, then in an effort to increase employee performance in the Ministry of Commerce environment, need to be given a Performance Improvement;

DECIDED:

ESTABLISH THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATIONS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE ENVIRONMENT.

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
1. Civil Servants are the Civil Servants and Members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Indonesian National Armed Forces) as referred to in Law No. 8 of the Year 1974 on the PoyPokok KeEmployees as amended with the Act Number 43 Year 1999.
2. Employees in the Ministry of Commerce environment are the Civil Servants and other employees who are under the Decree of the Acting Officer who are appointed in a position and are working in full on organizational units in the Ministry's environment. Trade.

Section 2
To employees who have a certain office in the Ministry of Commerce environment, in addition to being granted income under the terms of the laws, it is granted the Performance improvement every month.

Section 3
(1) Performance improvement as referred to in Section 2, not provided to:
a.   Employees in the Ministry of Commerce ' s environment do not have a specific office;
B.   Employees in the Ministry of Commerce environment are suspended for temporary or disabled;
C.   Employees in the Ministry of Commerce environment are suspended from the office by given the waiting money (not to be dismissed as the State Employee);
D.   Employees in the Ministry of Trade environment are secondhand/employed on other bodies/agencies outside the Ministry of Commerce environment;
e.   Employees in the Ministry of Commerce environment are granted leave of absence outside of state dependents or in the free of duty to undergo a retirement preparation period; and
f.   Civil servants of the General Services Agency who have obtained remuneration as set out in Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74, 2012.
(2) More Terms of Use in the Ministry of Commerce environment not granted Performance improvement as referred to in paragraph (1) is governed by the Regulation of the Minister of Commerce.

Section 4
The magnitude of the Performance Benefits as referred to in Article 2 is listed in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.

Section 5
(1) Performance improvements as referred to in Section 2, are paid for starting in July 2013.

Section 6
The Income Tax on Performance improvement as referred to in Article 2, is charged in the State Revenue and Shopping Budget of the Year of the Budget in question.

Section 7

Section 8

Section 9

Article 10
(1) At the time the Presidential Regulation is in effect, all employees in the Ministry of Commerce environment are obliged to implement the bureaucratic reform agenda under the provisions of the laws.
(2) The implementation of the bureaucratic reform agenda as referred to in paragraph (1), is monitored and evaluated periodically by the Minister of Trade and the National Bureaucratic Reform Team, both individually and together.

Section 11
The technical provisions of the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, further regulated by the Minister of Commerce, Minister of Personnel Minister of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms, and the Minister of Finance, both individually and together according to the fields their respective duties.

Article 12
By the enacaching of this Presidential Regulation, the State Financial Coaching Special Benefits (TKPKN) are revoked and declared to be not applicable.

Section 13
