Section 8
Academic Bureau, Student Services, Planning, and Cooperation as referred to in Section 7 of the paragraph (3) of the letter a have the task of providing services in the academic and professional fields and carrying out planning and cooperation matters in the environment UNSAM.

Section 9
In performing the tasks referred to in Article 8, the Academic Bureau, the Student General, Planning, and Co-operation organizes the function:

Section 10
Academic Bureau, Student Student, Planning, and Co-operation consists of:

Section 11
The Academic and Student Parts have the task of carrying out the services of educational activities, research, devotion to the community, and the student-student ministry.

Section 12
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 11, the Academic Section and the Student Union are organizing a function:

Section 13
The Academic and Student Parts consist of:
a.   Education and Evaluation Subsections;

Section 14
(1) The Education and Evaluation Subsection has a duty to provide services and evaluation of educational activities, research, devotion to the community and the management of educational facilities.
(2) The Registration and Statistics Subsection has the task of conducting student acceptance and registration affairs as well as the drafting of educational statistics, research, and devotion to the public.
(3) The student subsection has the task of providing services in the fields of interest, talent, reasoning, and student information and student activities and welfare services, character coaching, scholarship affairs, and alumni relationships.

Section 15
The Planning section, Cooperation, and Community Relations have the task of carrying out the drafting and evaluation of development plans, programs, activities, and budgets and activities of cooperation and public relations.

Section 16

The Public and Financial Bureau as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (3) of the letter b has the task of carrying out the affairs of entrepreneurship, law, indiscretion, employment, household, state property, and finance.

Section 20
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 19, the General Bureau and Finance are organizing a function:
a.   The business of entrepreneurship.
B.   the exercise of legal affairs;

G.   Financial affairs.

Section 21
The General Bureau of Finance and Finance consists of:

Section 7

Section 48

Section 52
(1) The Research Institute, Engagement to the Society, and the Mutu Warranty as referred to in Section 3 of the letter d are the academic executor elements under the Rector carrying out a portion of the tasks and functions in the field of research, devotion to Society, education development, and quality assurance.

Section 56

Section 80
(1) The Vice Rector, Dean, Chairman of the Institute, Head of the Bureau, and Head of the UPT are required to coordinate with the organization units either with the organization units in the UNSAM environment and with other agencies outside the UNSAM in accordance with their respective duties.
(2) The further provisions of coordination as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Rector Ordinance.

Section 81
(1) Any leadership of the organization units in the UNSAM environment in carrying out its mandatory duties:
a.   implement the coordination, integration, and synchronization principles, both in the environment of each organization unit in the UNSAM environment and with other agencies outside the UNSAM in accordance with its duties;
B.   Keep an eye out for each other, and in the event of an aberration to take the necessary steps in accordance with the provisions of the negotiations;

Section 82

BAB V
OTHER PROVISIONS
Section 83

(1) The task and function of the work unit in the UNSAM environment is outlined into the task details of each work unit.
(2) The further provisions of the details of the duties as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed in the Regulation of the Minister.

BAB VI
TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 85
The implementation of the UNSAM activities is still in place and remains in support of the Government of Aceh, the government of Langsa City, the Government of Aceh Tamiang Regency, East Aceh Regency, and the Government of Aceh. The Langsa Ocean Education Foundation is at least 5 (five) years since its Ordinance of the Minister in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 86
(1) The diversion of educators and educationist is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the slowest legislation 5 (five) years since the Ordinance of this Minister's Rule.

Section 87

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 88
The rules of the Ministry are effective on the date of the promulgations.
