ABOUT THE GRADUATION CRITERIA EDUCATED PARTICIPANTS FROM THE EDUCATION UNIT AND

HOSTING THE SCHOOL EXAM /MADRASS/EDUCATION EQUALITY AND NATIONAL EXAMS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: THE that in order to perform Section 65 of the paragraph (6), Section 67 of the paragraph (3), and Article 72 of the paragraph (2) of the Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 on the National Standards of Education as amended by Government Regulation Number 32 Year 2013 of Changes to the Government Regulation No. 19 Year 2005 on the National Standards of Education, need to establish the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation on the Graduation Criteria of the Education Unit and the Examination of the Examinations School/Madrasah/ Equality Education and National Examities;

ABOUT THE CRITERIA OF THE GRADUATION OF EDUCATED PARTICIPANTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT AND A SCHOOL EXAM/MADRASSA/EQUALITY EDUCATION AND NATIONAL EXAM.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In this Regulation referred to: 1. The education unit is the primary and secondary education unit

which includes the First Secondary School/Madrasah Tsanawiyah (SMP/MTs, Secondary School First Extraordinary (SMPLB), School

Middle Upper/Madrasah Aliyah (SMA/MA), Exceptional Upper Middle School (SMALB), Vocational High School/Madrasah Aliyah Vocational (SMK/MAK), Community Learning Activities Center (PKBM), Sanggar Activities Study (SKB), and Pondok Pesantren.

2. Equities Education is a nonformal education program that includes the Package B Program, the Package C Program, and the Vocational C Package Program.

3. Educational level is the educational stage established based on the level of development of the learnant, the goal to be achieved, and the capabilities developed.

4. The School/Madrasah/Equality Exam is further referred to as the S/M/PK Exam is the measurement and assessment of the students 'competence and the assessment of the students' competence education/educational program for all subjects.

5. The next National Test is called the UN is the measurement and assessment of the achievement of national graduate competency standards in certain subjects.

6. UN Sproposal is a national test organised for learners who have been impeded to the UN for certain reasons and is accompanied by legitimate evidence.

7. The competency exam is a national exam that consists of a theoretical exam and a vocational practice exam.

8. The School/Madrasah/Equality Education is further called the S/M/PK value is the combined value between the S/M/PK Exam Values and the average rapor rate or average degree of competency value (NDK).

10. The final score of the subjects called NA is the combined value of the S/M/PK and UN values.

11. The graduation criteria are the minimum achievement requirement to be declared a pass.

12. The National Standards Board of Education (BSNP), called the BSNP, is a self-governing body and independent agency responsible for organizing UN.

13. Wustha is a three-year primary education in Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah at the level of Program Package B with the right of the Islamic religious education.

14. The grid for UN is a reference to the development and assembly of UN compiled based on the Standard Competencies and

Basic competence in the Basic and Medium Education Unit Contents Standards.

15. The next UN answer sheet called LJUN is a sheet of paper used by the learer to answer the UN.

16. The following national exam results are the S/M/PK (s) of each subject which is tested nationally, the UN Value, and the NA.

17. The next Standard Operations procedure called POS is the default step sequence that regulates the technical implementation of the UN and the S/M/PK Exam set by the BSNP.

18. The Ministry is the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.

19. The Minister is the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.

20. The College is a public college established by the BSNP as the supervising coordinator of the UN under the recommendation of the Rector Assembly of the Indonesian State College.

21. The government is the central government. 22. Local government is the provincial government, government

county, or municipal government. BAB II

GRADUATION CRITERIA EDUCATED PARTICIPANTS FROM THE EDUCATION UNIT

Article 2 of the educated participant was declared a pass from the educational unit after:

a. completed the entire learning program; b. obtaining a minimum value of either at the final assessment for all

subjects; c. passed S/M/PK; and d exams. Pass UN.

Article 3 (1) The completion of the entire learning program as referred to

in Article 2 of the letter a, for the learnant: a. SMP/MTs and SMPLB if it has completed learning

from class VII to class IX; b. SMA/MA, SMALB, and SMK/MAK if it has completed

the learning of the X class up to the class XII; c. SMP/MTs and SMA/MA applying acceleration systems or

semester credit systems (SKS) if it has completed all subjects required; and

d. Package B Program, Pack C Program, and Vocational C Package Program if completed in the overall degree of competency level each program.

(2) The terms of the participation of the students from the school of the organizers of the acceleration system or the SKS as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c is set in a POS UN.

Section 4

Criteria of minimal value both at the final assessment for all subjects as referred to in Article 2 of the letter b is set by the education unit

Section 5

(1) Graduation of the learnable participants of the Examation S/M/PK for all subjects as referred to in Article 2 of the letter c is defined by the unit of education based on the acquisition of S/M/PK values.

(2) The graduation criteria of the learer as referred to in paragraph (1) include the average mínimal value and mínimal value of each subject set by the education unit.

(3) The S/M/PK value as referred to in paragraph (1) acquired from a combination of: a. Average rapor rate with 70% weighting:

1) Semester I up to the V semester at SMP/MTs, SMPLB, and B/Wustha, SMK/MAK, and Vocational C Packets;

2) Semester III up to the V semester at SMA/MA, SMALB, and Package C;

3) Semester I up to the V semester for SMP/MTs, SMA/MA, and SMK/MAK which applies SKS.

b. Test score of S/M/PK with 30% weighting.

Article 6

(1) The graduation criteria for the students of the National Examers (UN) SMP/MTs/SMPLB, SMA/MA/SMALB/SMK/MAK, B/Wustha Package Program, Package C Program, and Vocational C Package Program are: a. NA each subject was tested at least 4.0

(four zero comma); and b. average NA for all subjects lower 5.5 (five

comma five). (2) NA is a combined Value of S/M/PK and UN Value with weighting

40% S/M/PK values and 60% UN Value.

Article 7

Graduation of educated participants from:

a. SMP/MTs, SMPLB, SMA/MA, SMALB, SMK/MAK are defined by any educational unit concerned in the teacher board meeting.

b. The B/Wustha Package Program, Package C Program, and Vocational C Package Program are established by every unit of education in question in the meeting of the board of tutors with Pamong Learn at SKB Pembina.

BAB III

THE REQUIREMENT OF LEARERS FOLLOWING THE SCHOOL EXAM /MADRASS/EQUALITY EDUCATION AND THE EXAM

NASNATIONAL Article 8

(1) The learnant requirement follows the S/M/PK Exam and UN Examine Exam: a. has been or has been in the last year on a single-level

education in certain educational units; b. have a full report of the results assessment results in a

education unit in certain education units starting the first year of the first year up to the last year I last year; and

c. has a complete report of the study results on the Education of Equality.

(2) The requirements of the educated participants follow the National Exam of Education Equality comes from the Community Learning Activities Center (PKBM), Sanggar Activities Study (SKB), Pondok Pesantren organizer of the Wustha program, and a type of study group.

(3) Further provisions on the requirements (1) and verse (2) are set in the S/M/PK or POS UN Examgers designated by the BSNP.

CHAPTER IV RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF STUDENTS IN THE EXAMINATION

SCHOOL/MADRASS/EDUCATION EQUALITY AND NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS

Section 9 (1) of the eligible students as referred to in

Section 8 is entitled to the Examine. S/M/PK and UN. (2) The tunanetra-educated, tunarungu, mild tunadaksa, and tunalaras

eligible as referred to in Article 8 are entitled to the S/M/PK and UN Examations.

(3) Educative participants who for certain reasons with valid evidence of impediation following UN may follow UN SProposed as scheduled in the UN post set by the BSNP.

(4) non-graduate educated participants may follow the exam next year in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(5) Further provisions on the rights of learers in the S/M/PK Exam and UN are set in a US/M/PK POS or POS UN set by BSNP.

BAB V

EXECUTION OF SCHOOL EXAMINATIONS /MADRASS/EQUALITY EDUCATION Article 10

Each unit of education carries out the S/M/PK Examine for all subjects.

Article 11 The S/M/PK Exam is carried out by the education unit accordingly with POS Examation S/M/PK prescribed by the education unit under the coordination of the District/City Education Service, the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Article 12 of the S/M/PK Exam was implemented before the implementation of UN accordingly with the schedule set by the education unit concerned.

The Article 13 (1) S/M/PK values are submitted by any educational unit to

Managing UN Level. (2) The value of S/M/PK as referred to in paragraph (1) for

SMP/MTs/SMPLB, the B/Wustha, SMA/MA, SMALB, SMK/MAK Package Programme, the C Package Program, and the Vocational C Package Program are received by the Managing UN Central level 7 (seven) days prior to the The UN.

(3) Further provisions regarding submission and acceptance of Value S/M/PK as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are set in POS UN set by BSNP.

CHAPTER VI HOSTING NATIONAL EXAMS

Article 14

(1) BSNP organizes UN cooperation with related agencies in the Government environment, Provincial Government, District/City Government, and education units.

(2) BSNP as the Organizing UN on duty: a. compose the POS of the UN; b. advising the Minister about the establishment

Managing of UN Central Level; and d. conduct an evaluation and establish an improvement recommendation

the implementation of UN. (3) The Acting UN Central Level is set with the Minister ' s Decision

and is responsible to the UN Organizer. (4) The Acting UN Level of the Province is established with the Decision

The governor and is responsible to the Acting Central Level UN.

(5) Acting UN Level District/City is set with the Decree of the Regent/Mayor and is responsible to the Acting UN Level of the Province.

(6) The Acting UN Level of Unit Education is set with the Decree of the Head of the District Board of Education/City and is responsible to the Managing UN Level of Regency/City.

(7) Acting UN Central Level, Acting UN Level Provincial, Acting UN Level of District/City, and Acting UN Level Education Unit has the duty and responsibility to carry out UN in accordance with the Regulation of Ministers and POS UN.

Article 15 (1) Executing UN Level Province carries out and oversees UN

SMP/MTs, SMPLB, SMALB, and B/Wustha Package Program.

(2) Managing UN Provincial Level carrying out UN SMA/MA, SMK/MAK, Package C Program, and Vocational C Package Program.

(3) The College plays as well as in the investigation of UN, and oversees the multiplicity, distribution, implementation of the UN SMA/MA, SMK/MAK, Package C Program, and Vocational C Package Program, as well as the return of LJUN to the scan site by coordinating with local government.

(4) Higher education is scanning LJUN UN SMA/MA, SMK/MAK, Package C Program, and Vocational C Package Program.

(5) Acting UN Level Province performs a scan LJUN SMP/MTs, SMPLB, SMALB, and B/Wustha Package Program.

(6) Further provisions on the implementation and supervision of UN are set in the POS UN set by the BSNP.

Article 16

(1) UN for school/madrassa is held 1 (one) times in one year.

(2) UN for Education Equality exercised 2 (two) times in one year.

(3) UN for SMA/MA, SMALB, and SMK/MAK was implemented in April 2014.

(4) UN for First period Equality Education took place in April and in May, and the second period took place in August 2014.

(5) UN SProposed to SMA/MA, SMALB, and SMK/MAK was implemented after UN SMA/MA, SMALB, and SMK/MAK.

(6) The vocational skills exam for SMK/MAK and the Vocational C Package Program is carried out at least one month prior to the holding of UN SMA/MA, MALB, SMK/MAK, Package C Program, and Vocational C Package Program.

(7) Graduation Students from SMA/MA, SMALB, SMK/MAK, Package C programs, and Vocational C Package Program were announced by the slowest educational unit one month after the holding of UN SMA/MA, SMALB, SMK/MAK, Package C Program, and Package C Program. Vocational.

Article 17

Article 18 (1) The examination of the competency of vocational expertise as referred to in

Article 16 paragraph (6) consists of vocational theory and vocational practice. (2) The SMK/MAK vocational theory examination and the Vocational C Package Program

are carried out by the provincial education service. (3) The SMK/MAK vocational practice exam and the Vocational C Package Program

is carried out by an educational unit alongside the industry world and/or the profession association.

Article 19 individuals, groups, and/or agencies involved in the implementation of the UN must maintain the integrity, secrecy, security, and agility of the UN.

Article 20

The Government and the Local Government are conducting the socialization of UN. Article 21

The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia charts the results of UN on the school level /madrassa, district/city, province, and national.

BAB VII THE SCHOOL EXAM MATERIALS /MADRASS/EQUALITY EDUCATION AND

THE EXAM NASD Section 22

(1) The WP/PK Exam is compiled based on the Competency Competencies and the Basic Competency in the Educational Unit Level Curriculum.

Article 23

(1) The education unit compiled a text about the S/M/PK Exam based on the set of the S/M/PK Exam.

(2) The Central Level was compiling a manuscript on UN based on the lattice on UN set.

Article 24 (1) The evaporation, duplicity, and distribution of the S/M/PK Exam materials

is performed by the education unit. (2) The desecration and distribution of UN SMP/MTs, SMPLB and

Bundled Programs B/Wustha, SMA/MA, SMK/MAK, SMALB, Package C Program, and Vocational C Package Program are performed by the Managing UN Level of the Province regionally.

(3) The distribution of UN materials to the last saving point is carried out by the coordinating printing press with the Managing UN Level of the Province and the Managing UN Level of District/City.

(4) Redistribution and distribution of UN materials SMA/MA, SMK/MAK, SMALB, Package C Program, and Vocational C Package Program from province to district/city, from district/city to unit of education involving public colleges and universities. BAB VIII

SCHOOL EXAM FEES/MADRASS/EDUCATION EQUALITY AND NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS

Article 25

(1) Charges of implementation of the S/M/PK Examine became the responsibility of the Government The area and unit of education are concerned.

CHAPTER IX SANCTIONS Article 27
