ABOUT
THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S CAPITAL AT
INTERNATIONAL RUBBER CONSORTIUM LIMITED
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to stabilize natural rubber prices at a favorable price level for rubber farmers, the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Government of Indonesia, and the Government of Malaysia have established the International Rubber Consortium Limited which located in Thailand;
B. that for the International Rubber Consortium Limited to continue to carry out its functions, it needs to undertake the inclusion of the State capital to the International Rubber Consortium Limited;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, as well as to carry out the provisions of Article 22 of the paragraph (2) of the Law No. 19 Year 2012 on the State Budget and Budget of the Year of the Budget Year of 2013 as has been amended by Law No. 15 Year 2013 on Changes to Law No. 19 of 2012 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2013, needs to establish Government Regulation on the Inclusion Of The Country ' s Capital Republic of Indonesia on International Rubber Consortium Limited;
Remembering: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
3. Law No. 19 Year 2012 on Budget and State Shopping of 2013 Budget (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 228, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5361) as amended by Law No. 15 Year 2013 on Changes to the Law No. 19 of 2012 on Budget and State Shopping 2013 Budget Year 2013 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 2013 No. 108, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 5426);
DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S CAPITAL ON THE INTERNATIONAL RUBBER CONSORTIUM LIMITED.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia conducts capital inclusion on the International Rubber Consortium Limited which is established and based in Thailand.
Section 2
(1) The value of the inclusion of the State Capital as referred to in Article 1 of the most Rp25,000.000.00 (twenty-five billion rupiah).
(2) The value of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in paragraph (1) is sourced from the State Budget and Budget Year of Budget 2013.
(3) The value of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in paragraph (1) is intended to fulfill the obligations of the Republic of Indonesia on the International Rubber Consortium Limited of USD2,500,000.00 (two million five hundred thousand United States dollars).
Section 3
The implementation of the inclusion of the State capital on the International Rubber Consortium Limited as referred to in Article 2 is conducted by the Minister of Finance.
Section 4
This Government Regulation shall begin in effect on the date of the promulctest.
