BAB VII
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 31
The rules of the Ministry are effective on the date of the promulgations.

The Second Part
Land Alignment
Section 16
(1) The arrangement of the land as referred to in Article 15 of the letter a in the area of natural disaster is carried out when necessary until it reaches stable and safe land conditions.
(2) The land alignment as referred to in paragraph (1) is adjusted to the topographic conditions, the local soil and climate type, including:
a.   slope shape settings;
B.   Waterway settings.

Section 17
(1) The setting of the slope form as referred to in Article 16 of the paragraph (2) of the letter a is intended to reduce the speed of the water runoff (run off), erosion and sedimentation as well as the landslide;

Section 18

Revegetation
Section 19
The Revegetation as referred to in Article 15 of the letter b is done through the activity stage:

Section 20
Field preparation activities as referred to in Article 19 of the letter a, covering the work:
a.   Land cleanup;
B.   ground processing; and
c. Soil fertility repair.

Section 21
The land clean-up work as referred to in Article 20 of the letter a of the material remains of the natural disaster is done to give the growing space to the plant.

Section 22

Section 27

BAB V
COACHING AND CONTROL
Section 28
(1) Monitoring and technical guidance is exercised by the Director General, the Head of the Provincial Service handling the forestry, the Head of the Regency/City Service handling the forestry, the Technical Managing Unit (UPT), and the Eselon I Ministry of Other Forestry in accordance with its authority;
(2) Monitoring and technical guidance are executed periodically.

Section 29
(1) The executing of forest reclamation activities on the natural disaster area is mandatory to make quarterly and annual reports;
(2) The quarterly and annual reports as referred to in paragraph (1) are delivered to the Director General with the Busan Director General of Forestry, the Head of the Provincial Service which handles the forestry, the Head of the Regency/City Department. forestry, the Head of the Great Hall/Natural Parks Conservation Hall/National Park, Head of BPDAS and related agencies.


BAB VI
FINANCING
Section 30
(1) Forest Reclamation in natural disaster area becomes the responsibility of the government, local government, and the holder of the management rights or permit holder of the forest according to its authority;
(2) The natural disaster countermeasures fund as referred to in paragraph (1) is derived from:
a.   APBN;
B.   APBD;
C.   Other funds are in accordance with the provisions of the applicable perinvitation regula
