NUMBER P. 41/Menhut-II/2013
ABOUT
THE ONE BILLION-TREE PLANTING GUIDE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF FORESTRY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that based on the mandate of the President of the Republic of Indonesia on the Indonesian Tree of Remembrance Day and the National Planting Month (HMPI-BMN) on 8 December 2009 in the Forbidden City of Bandung, has been instructed the planting of one billion trees;
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it has been assigned the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister Number P. 16/Menhut-II/2012 on the Guide of Planting One Billion Trees In 2012;
c. that the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry Number P. 16/Menhut-II/2012 is not yet effective and efficient governing the sustainability of the activities of the Planting Of One Billion Trees;
D. that based on the consideration of the letter a, the letter b and the letter c, need to establish the Minister of Forestry Regulation on the Planting Of One Billion Trees Planting;
Given: 1. Law No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry (sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia in 1999 Number 167, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3888), as amended by Law No. 19 of 2004 (State Sheet) Republic of Indonesia Year 2004 Number 86, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4412);
2. Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Regional Governance (Sheet State Republic Indonesia Year 2004 Number 125, Addition Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4437), as has been several times amended, last by Act Number 12 In 2008 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 59, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4844);
3. Law No. 32 Year 2009 on the Protection and Management Of The Environment (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2009 Number 140, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 5059);
4. Government Regulation No. 76 of 2008 on Rehabilitation And Forest Reclamation (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 201, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 4947);
5. Decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 Year 2008 on the Indonesian Tree Planting Day;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
7. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II as amended by Presidential Decree Number 59 /P Year 2011;
8. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011:

Forest Minister Regulation No. P. 40/Menhut-II/2010 on the Organization and Workforce of the Ministry of Forestry (News of the State of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 405) as amended by the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister Number P. 33/Menhut-II/2012 (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 779);
DECIDED:
Set: A FORESTRY MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON TREE-PLANTING GUIDELINES OF A BILLION TREES.
Article 1
The One Billion Tree planting guide is as set forth in this Minister ' s Regulation Attachment.
Article 2
The One-billion tree planting guide of the year is intended to be used as a reference to the implementation of the One Billion Tree Planting.
Article 3
The purpose of this regulation is to have the success of the success of planting a billion trees across Indonesia.
Section 4
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is in effect, then the Forestry Minister's Regulation Number P. 16/Menhut-II/2012 on the 2012 Planting Of One Billion Trees, was revoked and declared to be not applicable.
Section 5
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
For each person to know it, order the invitation of the Order of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
