THE THIRD CHANGE OVER THE FORESTRY MINISTER ' S DECISION
NUMBER 6188 /KPTS-II/2002 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE WORK
THE FOREST AREA ' S ANTAPAN HALL
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF FORESTRY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that based on the Decree of the Minister of Forestry No. 6188 /Kpts-II/2002 on the Organization and the Working Hall of the Forest Region Area as amended in recent times with the Regulation Minister of Forestry Number P. 13/Menhut-II/2011 has been set the Organization of the Forest Area Technical Executions Unit at 17 (seventeen) locations;
B. that in an effort to improve the performance of the area of forest area the area needs to be done with the organization and the addition of the Forest Area Antapan in 5 (five) locations;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a, and the letter b needs to specify the Minister of Forestry Regulation on the Third Amendment to the Decree of the Minister of Forestry No. 6188 /Kpts-II/2002 on the Organization and the Working Hall Forest Area Delament;
Given: 1. Act No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry (sheet state of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 167, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3888) as amended by Law No. 19 2004 on Establishing Regulatory Government Ordinance Number 41 Year 1999 on Forestry Act of Law (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2004 No. 86, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4412);
2. Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs Between the Government, Provincial Government, and the Government of District/City (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007 No. 82, Additional Gazette of the State of the Republic of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 4737);
3. Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended in the last few times with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 91 of 2011 Number 142;
4. Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Task, Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan of the Organization, the Task and Functions of the Ministry of State;
5. Regulation of the Minister of State of Personnel Empowerment Number PER/18/M. PAN/11/ 2008 on the Guidelines of the Organization of Technical Managing Unit in the Environment of the Department and of the Non-Department Government Institution;
6. Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number 6188 /Kpts-II/2002 on the Organization and the Working Hall of the Forest Area Building as amended on the last several times with the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry Number P. 13/Menhut-II/2011 (Republic News of the Republic) Indonesia Year 2011 No. 141);
7. Forest Minister Regulation No. P. 40/Menhut-II/2010 on the Organization and Work Order of the Ministry of Forestry (News of the State of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 405) as amended by the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister Number P. 33/Menhut-II/2012 (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 779);

DECIDED:
establish: FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE THIRD CHANGE IN THE DECISION OF MINISTER FORESIGHT NUMBER 6188 /KPTS-II/2002 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK LAYOUT OF THE FOREST AREA IN THE FOREST AREA.
Article I
Conditions of Article 15 of the Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number 6188 /Kpts-II/2002 on the Organization and the Working Hall of the Forest Region jis Ordinance Minister of Forestry No. P. 25/Menhut-II/2007 and the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number P. 13/Menhut-II/2011, changed as follows:
Section 15
(1) Since the promulment of the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry, there are 22 (twenty-two) Forest Area Antapan Hall.
(2) The name, location and Workspace of the Forest Area Antaths Area is as set forth in Annex II of the Regulation The Minister of Forestry.
Article II
(1) With the promullation of the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry, then the Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number 6188 /Kpts-II/2002 jis Minister of Forestry Law Number P. 25/Menhut-II/2007 and the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister Number P. 13/Menhut-II/2011 Stay in effect as long as it doesn't contradide the Ordinance of this Minister
(2) The Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry is beginning to take effect on the date of promulgance.
In order for everyone to know, the order of the Minister's Ordinance was promulred by its discoverer in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
