ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE TREATMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) AIR CONDITIONING, REFRIGERATION CABINET, AND WASHING MACHINE ARE MANDATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to perform the implementation of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI), the Cooling Chamber, Refrigeration Cabinet, and the Cuci Machine are required to be required with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 34/M-IND/PER/7/2013, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the paragraph (1) and Section 12 of the paragraph (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 on the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields, it needs to appoint the Institution Assessment of the Agreement as intended in Attachment of this Minister's Regulation to perform certification and quality testing Room Coolant, Refrigerant, and Cuci Machine;
B. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Supervision (SNI) Rooms, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines are mandatory;

9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
10 .Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
11 .Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 34/M-IND/PER/7/2013 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Cooling Rooms, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines Are Mandatory;
DECIDED:
Establish: INDUSTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE ENFORCEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) OF THE AIR CONDITIONER, REFRIGERATION CABINET, AND WASHING MACHINE ARE MANDATORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. Product Certification (LSPro) which has been accredited as set forth in the letter A Appendix of this Minister's Regulation to perform the room's coolant certification, refrigeration cabinet, and/or Cuci Machine in accordance with the product type as set forth in column 4 (4) the letter A Attachment is referred to;
B. Test Lab, which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Order of the Order of the Order to perform the Cooling Room, refrigeration, and/or Cuci Machine testing according to the type of product as listed in the Order Document. column 4 (four) of the letter B of the Attachment is referred to
C. Unaccredited Product Certification Institutions (LSPro) as set forth in the letter C Attachment of the Order of the Order to perform the Room Cooling SNI Certification, refrigerators, and/or Cuci machines in accordance with the product type as set forth in column 4 (four) the letter C of the Attachment in question; and
D. An unaccredited testing laboratory as set forth in the letter D Attachment of this Minister Regulation to carry out the Cooling Room, refrigeration, and/or Cuci Machine testing in accordance with the type of product as listed in the column 4 (4) of the letter D Attachment referred to.
Section 2
(1) The LSPro or Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter c or the letter d, each must process accreditation to the National Accreditation Committee at least 6 (six) months since promulcaged by this Minister's Ordinance and reporting The development of the accreditation process is referred to the Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Industrial Mutu of the Ministry of Industry.
(2) The LSPro or Test Laboratory as referred to in paragraph (1) must meet the requirements as an LSPro or Test Laboratory accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) for the SNI IEC Room Cooler Scope 60335-2-40:2009, SNI IEC 60335-2-24:2009, and the Cuci SNI Machine IEC 60335-2-7:2009 in no later than two years since the Minister's Ordinance.
(3) If in time as referred to in paragraph (2) the LSPro or the Test Test is not yet accredited, its appointment is declared over.
Section 3
(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b and the letter d shall be testing the entire LSPro request as specified in Section 1 of the letter a, the letter c, and/or the technical instance with the same treatment as between LSPro and technical between.
(2) The testing obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:
a. Publishing SPPT-SNI Coolant Room, Refrigeration Closet, and Cuci Engine; dan/or
B. Oversight of the implementation of the SNI Cooling Room, refrigeration cabinet, and Cuci Machine are mandatory.
Section 4
(1) LSPro and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the High Technology-Based Excellence Industry and Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industry.
(2) The performance results report as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a. LSPro obligations to deliver:
1. The issuer of SPPT SNI, regular supervision of SPPT SNI and the revocation of SPPT SNI Cooling Rooms, Refrigerators, and Cuci Machines, which must be delivered at least 7 (7) business days since issuer;
2. Recapitulation of SPPT-SNI, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of the SPPT-SNI Room, refrigeration, and Cuci Machine within 1 (one) year, which must be delivered no later than 5 January of the year. next; and
3. Competency, organization and LSPro; accreditation and
B. Test Lab's obligation to deliver:
1. The test results certificate (SHU) or test results of the room, refrigeration, and Cuci machines which have been performed within 1 (1) month, which must be delivered at least the next 5 months;
2. The recapitulation of the Test Results Certificate (SHU) or the test results of the Cooling Chamber, refrigeration, and Cuci Machines which have been performed within 1 (one) year, which should be delivered at least on January 5 of the year. next; and
3. The development of competencies, organization and accreditation of the Test Laboratory.
(3) The Directorate General of High-tech-Based Flagship Industries conducts coaching on the Cooling Air industry, refrigerators, and Cuci Machines that do not meet the provisions of the SNI Cooler Rooms, Refrigerators, And Cuci Machines It is mandatory based on periodic surveillance as referred to in verse (2) the letter a number 1.
Section 5
Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industries conducting the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the provisions as referred to in Article 3 and Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) as well as evaluation of the performance of the LSPro and the Test Laboratory the designated as referred to in Article 1.
Section 6
(1) The LSPro that violates the provisions as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (1) and the paragraph (2) of the letter a, revoked the designation of the certificate of certification of the authorization.
(2) The trial of the Test Breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 3 and Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and the paragraph (2) of the letter b, revoked the designation of the reinstatement of its authority.
(3) The judgment of truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is conducted in the assessment meeting of the Institution of Conformity Assessment.
Section 7
The rules of the Ministry are effective on the date of the promulgations.
