REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA TRADE MINISTER

NUMBER 55/M-DAG/PER/9/2013 ON

CHANGES TO THE TRADE MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER 33/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 ON THE LAYOUT OF THE DESIGNATION

THE EXPORT BENCHMARK PRICE OF THE IBM TRADE MINISTER. MINING PRODUCTS DUTIES DUTIES

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE TRADE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: A. that in order to make adjustments to the provisions of the Financial Ministers Regulation Number 75 /PMK.011/ 2012 on the Assignment Of Export Goods Imposed and Tarif Bea Exit as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 75 128 /PMK.011/2013, needed to be made changes to the type of mining product Bea exited;

b. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Trade Minister Regulation on the Change of the Regulation of Trade Minister Number 33/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 on the Tata Way Pricing Benchmark for Product Custom-Imposed Mining;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF TRADE MINISTERS ON

THE UPPER CHANGE TRADE MINISTER ' S REGULATION NUMBER 33/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 ON THE TERMS OF THE PRICING OF THE EXPORT BENCHMARK FOR THE MINING PRODUCTS IMPOSED BY CUSTOMS.

Article I Attachment of the Regulation of Trade Minister Number 33/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 on the Tata Way Pricing Benchmark export of the mining products that the import duties are changed so as to be as set forth in the Attachment is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
