ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE TREATMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) SAFETY GLASS FOR
MOTOR VEHICLE IS MANDATORY

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY
MINISTER OF INDUSTRY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

weighed: a.  that in order to comply with the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) the Safeguard Glass for the Motor Vehicles is mandatory with the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 34/M-IND/PER/4/2007, according to the The provisions of the rules of the Agreement have been made an evaluation of the relevant Assessment Institute appointed with the Regulation of the Ministry of Industry No. 03/M-IND/PER/1/2012;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and Safety Net Quality Testing For Motor Vehicles;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) The Safety Glass For Motor Vehicles Is Mandatory;

Given: 1.  Law No. 5 of 1984 on Industry (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1984 No. 22, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3274);
2. Government Regulation Number 17 Year 1986 on Governing Authority, Coaching and Industrial Measures (State Sheet Indo-nesia 1986 No. 23, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3330);
3. Government Regulation No. 102 Year 2000 on National Standardization (State Sheet of Indonesia 2000 Number 199, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4020);
4. Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs Between Government, Provincial Local Government and District/City Government (State Gazette of 2007 Indonesia Number 82, Extra State Sheet) Republic of Indonesia No. 4737);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011:

8. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II Period 2009-2014 as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Decree Number 5/P of 2013;
9. Regulation Minister Perindustian Number 34 /M-IND/ PER/4/2007 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Safety Glasses For Motor Vehicles Are Mandatory;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86 /M-IND/ PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
11. Regulation Minister of Industry Number 105 /M-IND/ PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;

DECIDED:

establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF INDONESIA (SNI) SAFETY GLASS FOR THE MOTOR VEHICLE IS MANDATORY.

Article 1

Appoints:
a. Product Certification (LSPro) that has been accredited as listed on the letter A in the Regulation Attachment of this Minister to perform the Safeguard Glass (SNI) Certification For Motor Vehicles with the type of Glass of Safety as well as the following: listed on the letter A in the Agreement Attachment; and
b. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as listed on the letter B in this Order of the Minister's Regulation to carry out the Safeguard Glass testing for the Motor Vehicle with the type of Glass Safe as set forth in the letter B In an Attachment,

Article 2

(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b is required to test the entire LSPro request as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a and/or technical instance with the same treatment of the interchange LSPro and the technical agencies.
(2) The testing obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:
a. publishing SPPT-SNI Safety Glass For Motor Vehicles; dan/or
B. The supervision of the implementation of the SNI Glass Safety SNI for the Motor Vehicles is mandatory.

Article 3

(1) LSPro and Test Lab as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy Review, Climate and Mutu Industry.
(2) The results of the performance results as referred to in paragraph (1) consist of:
a. LSPRo obligations to deliver:
1. publishing SPPT-SNI, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of SPPT-SNI Safety Glass For Motor Vehicles, which must be delivered at least 7 business days since publication;
2. Recapitulation of SPPT-SNI publishing, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of the SPPT-SNI Glass Observations For Motor Vehicles within 1 (one) year, which must be delivered no later than 5 January of the following year;
3. LSPro; and
the LSPro; and
B. Test-to-connect Laboratory's obligation to connect;
1. Certificate of Test Results (SHU) or the test results of the Safeguard Glass for Motor Vehicles that have been performed within 1 (one) month, which must be delivered no later than the next 5 months;
2. The recapitulation of the Test Results Certificate (SHU) or the test results of the Safeguard Glass testing for the motor vehicle which has been performed within 1 (1) year, which must be delivered no later than 5 January of the following year;
3. Development of a competency, organization and accreditation of the Test Labor
