ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE TREATMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI)
LPG STEEL TUBE VALVE OBLIGATORY
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to comply with the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) the LPG Steel tube valve which is legally enforced with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 09/M-IND/PER/1/2012, in accordance with the provisions of the The laws have been conducted evaluation of the relevant Assessment Institute, which is designated by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 87 /M-IND/PER/8/ 2012;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and LPG Steel Tube Valve quality testing;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) LPG Steel Tube Valves Are Mandatory;
Given: 1. Act No. 5 of 1984 on Industry (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 1984 Number 22, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3274);
2. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 1986 on Regulatory Authority, Coaching and Industrial Development (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1986 No. 23, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3330);
3. Government Regulation No. 102 Year 2000 on National Standardization (State Sheet of Indonesia 2000 Number 199, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4020);

9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86 /M-IND/ PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
Ten. Regulations Minister of Industry Number 105 /M-IND/ PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
11. The Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 09 /M-IND/ PER/1/2012 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Against IPG Steel Tube Valves (s);
DECIDED:
establish: INDUSTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) LPG STEEL TUBE VALVES ARE MANDATORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
A: A, an accredited product (LSPro) has been accredited as a "A" in this case.
b. The preaccredited Test Laboratory as set forth in the letter B of the Regulation Annex of this Minister to carry out LPG steel tube valve testing.
Article 2
(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b is required to test the entire LSPro request as referred to in Section I of the letter a and/or technical instance with the same treatment of interchange LSPro and the technical agencies.
(2) The testing obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:
a. publishing SPPT-SNI Steel Tube Valves LPG; and/or
B. The supervision of the implementation of the SNI implementation of the lPG steel tube valve is mandatory.
Article 3
LSPro and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to Director General of the High Technology-Based Excellence Industry and Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industry.
Section 5
(1) The trial of the Test Breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 2, revoked the appointment of its pronunciation.
(2) The judgment of truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 2, is conducted in the evaluation panel meeting.
Section 6
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is promulbed, the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 87/M-IND/PER/8/2012 on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of National Standard Monitoring and Supervision (SNI) lPG steel tube valve Mandatory, revoked and specified does not apply.
Section 7
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
