CHANGES IN THE REGULATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL MINISTER NUMBER 05/M-IND/2/2013 ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT OF THE RATING AGENCIES

FITNESS FOR THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) SUPERVISION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF PACKAGING (AMDK) IS OBLIGATORY

DRAWS: A. that in order for the implementation of the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) the Drinking Water In Kemasan (AMDK) which is legally enforced with the Regulation of Industry Minister Number 49/M-IND/PER/3/2012, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Industry (AMDK). b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Minister of Industry Regulation on the Change of the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 05 /M-IND/

PER/2/2013 on Appointment Of The Institution Of Approval Rating In Order To Perform and Supervision Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Drinking Water In Kemasan (AMDK) Concurrent (AMDK);

Given: 1. Regulations Minister Perindustrian Number 49 /M-IND/ PER/3/2012 on the Empowerment and Supervision of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Drinking Water In Kemasan (AMDK) Wajib;

2. The Regulation of the Ministry of Industry Number 05 /M-IND/ PER/2/2013 on the Appointment Of The Institution Of Suitability In Order To Perform And Supervision Of The Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Drinking Water In Packaging (AMDK) Is obligatory;

DECIDE: Establish: INDUSTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON

CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF INDUSTRY MINISTER NUMBER 05/M-IND/XX_ENCODE_CASE_CAPS_LOCK_OFF/2/2013 ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY IN ORDER TO THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARDS OF INDONESIA (SNI) AIR DRINKING IN PACKAGING (AMDK) IS OBLIGATORY.

Article I Some provisions in the Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 05 /M-IND/PER/2/2013 about the Appointment Of The Institute of Conformance in the Order of the Treatment and Supervision of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Drinking Water In Kemasan (AMDK) It is mandatory for the following: 1. The designation of Product Certification Institute (LSPro) as

is referred to in Section 1 of the letter a and the Laboratory of Testing as referred to in Section 1 of the letter b 1 that is included in Annex I of the Order of Ministers is amended by add 2 (two) LSPro and 3 (three) Test Laboratory as referred to in this Minister Regulation Attachment.

2. add some new provisions in Section 5 so that the overall Section 5 becomes the following:

Section 5 (1) LSPro and the Test Lab as referred to in Section

1 must report the results of the certification and testing performance to the Director General of the Agro Industry and Head of the Policy, Climate and Industrial Studies Agency.

(2) The results of the performance results as referred to in paragraph (1) consist of: a. LSPro obligations to deliver:

1. publishing SPPT-SNI, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of SPPT-SNI Air Drinking Water In Kemasan (AMDK) with the type of Mineral Water and Demineral Water and/or Natural Mineral Water, which must be delivered at least 7 (7) business days since publishing;

2. recapitulation of SPPT-SNI publishing, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of SPPT-SNI Air Drinking Water in Kemasan (AMDK) with the type of Mineral Water and Demineral Water and/or Natural Mineral Water in a period of 1 (one) year, which must be delivered no later than 5 January the following year; and

3. LSPro; and LSPro; and

b. Test results certificate (SHU) or test results of the Air Testing

Drinking In Kemasan (AMDK) with the type of Mineral Water and Demineral Water and/or Natural Mineral Water. time 1 (one) month, which must be delivered no later than the next 5 months;

2. The recapitulation of the Test Results Certificate (SHU) or the test results of the testing of the Drinking Water In Kemasan (AMDK) with the type of Mineral Water and Demineral Water and/or Natural Mineral Water which has been performed within 1 (one) year, which must be delivered no later than 5 January the following year; and

3. the development of the competency, organization and accreditation of the Test Laboratory.

(3) The Directorate General of Industry Agro conduct coaching on the Water Drinking Water Industry (AMDK) which does not meet the provisions of SNI Air Drinking Water In Kemasan (AMDK) In accordance with the terms of the (2) letter a number one (1). 3. Amend the provisions of Section 6 to the following:

Section 6 of the Head of the Policy, Climate and Industrial Review Board conducted monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the provisions as

referred to in Section 2, Section 4 and Section 5 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) as well as evaluation of the performance of the LSPro and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1. 4. Amend the provisions of Section 7 to the following:

Section 7 (1) LSPro that violates the provisions referred to in the Section

5 paragraphs (1) and paragraph (2) of the letter a, revoked the designation of its certification authority.

(2) The Laboratory The breach in violation of the terms as referred to in Article 4 and/or Section 5 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the letter b, revoked the appointment of its authority.

(3) The judgment of truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) and/or paragraph (2), conducted in the assessment meeting of the Institution of Conformity Assessment.

Article II

The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of promulcity.
