IMPLEMENTATION GUIDELINES
AWARDING THE ADISERVE MINA BAHARI AWARD
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF MARINE AND FISHERIES REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to encourage the improvement of the quality of public service and the role as well as individuals, groups, and/or non-public service units the scope of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries as well as stakeholders in the marine field and the fishery, required performance assessment for public service units in the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries Environment and individual participation, groups, and/or non-public service units of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries and the Ministry of Public Services. Stakeholders in the field of marine and fishery;
B. that against the public service units in the environment of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries as well as individuals, groups, and/or non-public service units the scope of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries and stakeholders that demonstrate performance and performance. The achievement needs to be awarded
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, it needs to be established with the Minister's Regulation on the Implementation Guidelines Of The Granting Of The Mina Bahari Award Ceremony;

11. The decision of the Minister of Personnel Policy Number 63 /KEP/M. PAN/7/ 2003 on the General Guidelines of Public Services;
Twelve. The decision of the Minister of Personnel Policy Number 25 /KEP/M. PAN/2/ 2004 on the Drafting Guidelines Of The Public Satisfaction Index of Government Service Units;
Thirteen. The decision of the State Minister of Personnel Number 26 /KEP/M. PAN/2/ 2004 on Transparency Technical Instructions and Accountability in the Host of Public Service;
14. The decision of the Minister of Personnel Policy Number 126 /KEP/M. PAN/9/ 2004 on the Granting Of Award Marks To Local Government, Working Units/Services Office and Swadaya Society Implemented Increased Public Services Through Community Participation
15. Decision of the Minister of State of the State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number 7 of 2010 on the Guidelines for Public Service Unit Performance Assessment;
DECIDED:
establish: MARITIME MINISTER AND FISHERIES REGULATIONS ON THE GUIDELINES FOR THE AWARD OF THE ADMINISTANCE OF ADIFILIMINA BAHARI.
Article 1
The implementation guide of the AdiServe Mina Bahari is intended as the norm, standard, procedure, and criteria for the work unit eselon I in giving assessment of public service work units in the eselon I work unit environment Individuals and individuals, groups, and/or non-public service units of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries and stakeholders in marine and fishery fields.
Article 2
The type of Adifilial Mina Bahari Award consists of:
a. AdifiliMina Bahari Service; and
b. AdifiliMina Bahari Pioneers or
Article 3
(1) Adifilial Mina Bahari Service as referred to in Article 2 of the letter a, given to the public service work unit in each of the best eselon unit I scope of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries the best.
(2) Adifilial Mina Bahari Pioneor as referred to in Section 2 of the letter b, provided to individuals, groups, and/or non-public service units of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries and stakeholders who is credited with marine and fishery fields, according to the proposal of each work unit eselon I.
Section 4
The organization, mechanism, and instrument of assessment in the awarding of the Mina Bahari Adifilial award as referred to in Article 2 as set forth in Annex I which is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation.
Section 5
(1) Technical guidelines assessment of the Adifiliation of Mina Bahari Service as referred to in Article 2 of the letter a, which consists of:
a. Assessment schedules, proposals, and assignments;
B. the form and format of the assessment questionnaire, as well as a hint of the usage guidelines form;
c. form an award; and
D. The ratings for the ratings.
(2) The details of the technical guidelines as referred to in paragraph (1) as set forth in Annex II, Annex III, Annex IV, and Appendix V are integral parts of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 6
(1) Technical guidelines assessment of the Adifilial Mina Bahari Pioneers award as referred to in Article 2 of the letter b, which consists of:
a. Assessment schedules, proposals, and assignments;
B. the form and format of the assessment questionnaire, as well as a hint of the usage guidelines form;
c. form an award; and
D. The ratings for the ratings.
(2) The details of the technical guidelines as referred to in paragraph (1) are defined by the work unit eselon I relating to referring to the Regulation of this Minister and in its implementation are reported in writing to the Minister through the Secretary General.
Section 7
At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into effect, then the Decree of the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries Number KEP.69/MEN/2002 on the Guidelines of Assessment and Granting Of The Holy Mina Award For Outstanding Service Work Unit in the Field Marine and Fisheries as amended by the Decree of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries the Number KEP.58/MEN/2004 were revoked and declared to be not applicable.
Section 8
The rules of the Minister are in effect from the date of the promulgations.
