ABOUT THE CHANGE IN THE REGULATION OF THE INDUSTRY MINISTER NUMBER

10/M-IND/PER/2/2013 ABOUT THE INSTITUTION ' S APPOINTMENT ASSESSMENT OF SUITABILITY IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI)

WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOD ALMIGHTY THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: a. that in order to exercise the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) of the Beryodium Consumption Salt which is legally enforced with the Decree of the Minister of Industry Number 29/M/SK/2/1995, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations Laws have been conducted evaluations of the associated Conflict Assessment Institute appointed with the Regulation of the Ministry of Industry Number 10/M-IND/PER/2/2013;

b. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Change of the Regulation of the Industry Minister Number 10 /M-IND/ PER/2/2013 about the Appoination of the Assessment Institute

Suitability In Order Of The Indonesian National Standard Treatment And Supervision (SNI) Salt Consumption Of Beryodium Consumption;

Given: 1. The decision of Minister Perindustrian Number 29 /M/SK/2/ 1995 on Indonesia's National Standard Unrest and Implementation and the Use of the SNI Mark Exclusively Against 10 (10) of Industrial Products;

2. The Regulation of the Ministry of Industry Number 10 /M-IND/ PER/2/2013 on the Appointment Of The Institution Of Suitability In Compliance With The Indonesian National Standard Monitoring (SNI) Iodine Consumption (SNI) is obligatory;

DECIDE: Establits: RULES OF INDUSTRY MINISTER ABOUT

CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS MINISTER OF INDUSTRY NUMBER 10/M-IND/PER/2/2013 ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMANCE IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF INDONESIA (SNI) SALT CONSUMPTION OF BERYODIUM IS MANDATORY.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 10 /M-IND/PER/2/2013 about the Appointment Of the Approval Rating Agencies in the Order of the Treatment and Supervision of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Consumption Salt Beryodium is obligatory to be changed as follows:

1. The appointment of a Product Certification (LSPro) and Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 that is included in the Order of the Order of Ministers is amended by adding 1 (one) LSPro and 1 (one) Test Laboratory as well as referred to in this Minister ' s Regulation Attachment.

2. add some new provisions in Section 3 so that the overall Section 3 becomes the following:

Section 3 (1) LSPro and the Test Lab as referred to in Section

1 must report the results of the certification and testing performance to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy, Climate and Industrial Studies Board.

(2) The results of the performance results as referred to in paragraph (1) consist of:

a. obligations of LSPro to deliver: 1. the issuer of SPPT-SNI, the periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and

the revocation of the Beryodium Consumption Salt SPPT-SNI, which must be delivered at least 7 (seven) business days since issuer;

2. recapitulation of SPPT-SNI publishing, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of SPPT-SNI Salt Consumption of Beryodium in a period of 1 (one) year, which must be delivered no later than 5 January of the following year; and

3. LSPro; and LSPro; and

b. Testing Laboratory obligations to deliver: 1. Certificate of Test Results (SHU) or test results of Salt Testing

The Consumption of Beryodium which has been performed within 1 (one) month, which must be delivered as slow as date of the next 5 months;

2. The recapitulation of the Test Results Certificate (SHU) or the test results of the Beryodium Consumption Salt tests which have been performed within 1 (one) year, which should be delivered at least later on 5 January of the following year; and

3. The development of the competency, organization and accreditation of the Laboratory of Testing.

(3) Directorate General of the Manufacturing Industry conducted coaching on the Beryodium Consumption Salt industry which did not meet the provisions of the SNI Salt Consumption of Beryodium It is mandatory based on the results of the periodic surveillance as referred to in verse (2) the letter 1.

3. change the provisions of Section 4 to the following:

The Head of the Policy, Climate and Industrial Review Board is monitoring and evaluation of the execution of the provisions as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3 of the paragraph (1) and the paragraph (2) as well as the evaluation of the performance of the LSPro and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1. 4. Change the provisions of Section 5 to the following:

Section 5 (1) The LSPro which violates the terms referred to in the Section

3 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the letter a, revoked the designation of its certification authority.

(2) The trial of the trial is in violation of The provisions referred to in section 2 and/or Section 3 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the letter b, revoked the designation of the authority of the statement.

(3) The judgment of truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) and/or verse (2), performed in the assessment meeting of the Institution of Conformity.

Article II

Regulation The minister came into effect on the date of the promulcity.
