ABOUT
OPERATIONAL STANDARDS OF SEED CERTIFICATION PROCEDURES AND
SEED QUALITY OVERSIGHT OF THE AREN PLANT
(Arenga pinnata, Merr.)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
AGRICULTURE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that aren plants are a multi-purpose plant because almost all parts of the plant can be utilized and in the cultivation of aren plants it needs superior seeds;
B. that the seed requirement of aren crops is increasing, so that the seeds that are circulating must be certified and conducted surveillance of seed quality;
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, and for the execution of seed certification and the supervision of the seed quality of the aren plant can successfully establish the Operational Standard of the Seed Certification procedure. and the Aren Plant Seed Control (Arenga pinnata, Merr.) with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture;

DECIDED:
Establish: AGRICULTURAL MINISTER REGULATION OF THE OPERATIONAL STANDARDS OF SEED CERTIFICATION PROCEDURES AND THE SUPERVISION OF THE SEED QUALITY OF AREN PLANTS (Arenga pinnata, Merr.).
Section 1
Operational Standard Procedure (SOP) Seed Certification and Crop Quality Supervision (Arenga pinnata, Merr.) as set forth in Annex I to Annex IV as an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Section 2
Operating Standard Procedure (SOP) Seed Certification and Crop Quality Supervision (Arenga pinnata, Merr.) as referred to in Article 1 as a reference to the plant seed supervisor in the implementation of seed certification and seed quality supervision aren plant.
Section 3
The rules of the Ministry are effective on the date of the promulgations.
