ABOUT
OPERATIONAL STANDARD OF SEED CERTIFICATION PROCEDURE
AND THE SUPERVISION OF THE SEED QUALITY OF THE SAGO PLANT
(Metroxylon spp.)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
AGRICULTURE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the sagu is one of the potential food ingredients that supports national food security and the interest of sago development is increasing;
B. that the seed requirement of the sago plant is increasing, so that the seeds that circulate must be certified and carried out surveillance of seed quality;
c. that based on consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, and for the execution of seed certification and the supervision of the seed quality of the sago plant can successfully establish the Operational Standards of the Seed Certification procedure. and the Metroxylon spp of the Ministry of Agriculture;

DECIDED:
Establish: Agricultural Minister Regulation on the operational standards of seed certification procedures and the supervision of the seed quality of the sago plant (Metroxylon spp.).
Section 1
Operational Standard Procedure (SOP) Seed Certification and Quality Supervision Plant Sagu (Metroxylon spp.) as set forth in Annex I to Annex IV as an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Section 2
Operational Standard Procedure (SOP) Seed Certification and Quality Supervision Plant (Metroxylon spp.) as referred to in Article 1 as a reference to the plant's seed supervisor in the implementation of seed certification and seed quality supervision sago plant.
Section 3
This rule came into effect on the date of promulgations.
