ABOUT
OPERATIONAL STANDARD OF GARDEN DESIGNATION PROCEDURE
SEED SOURCES, SEED CERTIFICATION, AND GARDEN EVALUATIONS
THE SEED SOURCE OF THE COFFEE PLANT (Coffea sp)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
AGRICULTURE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. That coffee plant is one of the crop seeds, for the success of coffee development is required for the availability of quality crops/seed superior seeds that are sourced from seed and certified gardens;
B. that in order to provide service to the seed/seed manufacturer for the designation of the seed source garden of the coffee plant, the seed certification, and the evaluation of the source garden the seed of the coffee plant is required Standard Operating Procedure;
c. that under consideration as intended in letters a and letter b, and in order to exercise the designation of the seed garden of the seed of coffee plants, the certification of the seed, and the evaluation of the source garden the seed of the coffee plant can be successful, it needs to establish Operational Standards of Seed Source Farm Service, Seed Certification, and Evaluation of the Coffee Plant Seed Resource Farm (Coffea sp) with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture;

DECIDED:
Establish: Agricultural Minister ' s Regulation on the operational standards of seed-source garden designation procedures, seed certification, and evaluation of the seed-source garden of the seed of coffee plants (Coffea sp).
Section 1
Operating Standard Procedure (SOP) Seed Garden Designation, Seed Certification, and Evaluation of the Coffee Plant Seed Source Garden (Coffea sp) as set forth in Annex I to Annex VII as an integral part of This Minister ' s Rule.
Section 2
Operating Standard Procedure (SOP) Seed Garden Designation, Seed Certification, and Evaluation of the Coffee Plant Seed Resource (Coffea sp) as referred to in Article 1 as a reference to the plant's seed supervisor in the designation of seed-source gardens, seed certification, and the evaluation of the seed source garden of the coffee plant.
Section 3
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
