AGRICULTURAL MINISTER REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

ABOUT
GROUP COACHING GUIDELINES
AND THE COMBINED GROUP OF KTANI
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE, REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
Weigh: a. that with the Regulation of Agriculture Minister Number 273 /Kpts/OT.160/4/ 2007 it has been established the Farmers ' Institutional Coaching Guidelines;
B. that based on the results of the evaluation and the demands of the strategic environment development, need to perfect the material/substance set in the farmer ' s institutional coaching guidelines;
c. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, and that the institutional coaching of the farmer can be properly executed, need to establish the Group of Coaching And Joint guidelines of the Group of ctani;
Given: 1. Law Number 32 Year 2004 on Local Government (State Sheet 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette Number 4437) juncto Act Number 12 Year 2008 (State Sheet 2008 Number 59, Additional Gazette Number 4844);

3. Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs Between Government, Provincial Government, and District Local Government (State Sheet of 2007 Number 82, Extra State Sheet Number 4737);
4. Government Regulation No. 43 Year 2009 on Financing, Coaching, and Monitoring of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry (State Gazette 2009 Number 87, Additional Leaf State Number 5018);
5. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State jis Presidential Regulation No. 91 Year 2011 (State Gazette 2011 Number 141);
7. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Task and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State juncto Regulation No. 92 of 2011 (State Sheet 2011 Number 142);
8. Agriculture Minister Regulation Number 61 /Permentan/ OT.140/10/2010 on the Organization and Work Order of the Ministry of Agriculture;
DECIDED:
establish: Minister of Agriculture 's regulations on the group' s guidelines of the coaching of the group and the joint group of peasantry.
Article 1
The Group of Scare and the Combined Group of Groups are composed of the Healing And Development Guidelines of the Group and the Combined Group, Guidelines for the Definitive Plan of the Group and the Definitive Plan of the Needs of the Group, and the Group of the Group of the Group of the Group. Article 2
Guideline and Group Development Guidelines and the Combined Group of Groups as referred to in Article 1 are listed in Appendix I which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Article 3
Guideline of the Definitive Plan of the Group and the Definitive Plan of the Needs Group as referred to in Article 1 is listed in Annex II which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Section 4
The practice of the Training and Visiting Working System as referred to in Article 1 is set forth in Annex III which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Section 5
The Group of Coaching guidelines and the Combined Group of Groups as referred to in Article 1 as a reference in the organizing of peasant institutional coaching.
Section 6
At the time this Regulation came into effect, the Agriculture Minister Regulation No. 273 /Kpts/OT.160/4/ 2007 about the Farmers ' Institutional Coaching Guidelines, revoked and stated did not apply.
Section 7
These rules begin to apply on the date of the promulctest.
