ABOUT
OPERATIONAL STANDARD OF SEED SOURCE GARDEN DESIGNATION PROCEDURE, SEED CERTIFICATION, AND EVALUATION OF THE SEED GARDEN SEED PLANT COCOA PLANT (Theobroma cacao L.)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
AGRICULTURE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing :a.that the cocoa plant is one of the plantation's flagship commodities, for the success of coffee development is required for the availability of quality crops/seed superior seeds that are sourced from seed and certified gardens;
b .that in order to provide service to the consumer/seed manufacturer for the designation of the seed garden of the cocoa plant, the seed certification, and the evaluation of the source garden the seed of the cocoa plant is required Standard Operating Procedure;
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, and for the execution of the establishment of the seed garden the seed of the cocoa plant, the certification of the seed, and the evaluation of the seed garden the seed of the cocoa plant can be successful, it needs to be established Operational Standards of Seed Source Garden Service, Seed Certification, and Evaluation of the Garden of the Seed of Cocoa Plant Seeds (Theobroma cacao L.) with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture;

DECIDED:
SET: AGRICULTURAL MINISTER ' S REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONAL STANDARDS OF SEED GARDEN DESIGNATION PROCEDURE, SEED CERTIFICATION, AND EVALUATION OF THE SEED GARDEN OF THE SEED OF COCOA PLANT (Theobroma cacao L.).
Section 1
Operating Standards of Proceeds (SOP) Seed Source Farm, Seed Certification, and Evaluation of the Seed Source Farm of the cocoa plant (Theobroma cacao L.) as set forth in Annex I to Annex VII as an integral part of from this Regulation.
Section 2
Operating Standards of Proceeds (SOP) Seed Source Farm, Seed Certification, and Evaluation of the Seed Source Farm of the cocoa plant (Theobroma cacao L.) as referred to in Article 1 as a reference to the plant's seed supervisor in garden designation the seed source, seed certification, and the evaluation of the garden seed source of the cocoa plant.
Section 3
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
