CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE MINISTRY ' S MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF PERRELATION REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to realize the coaching of a professional civil servant, responsible, honest, and fair-oriented the work achievement system, then needs to establish the Minister of Transportation Regulation on the Tata Cara Assessment of the Working Achievement of the Civil Service in the Environment Ministry of Transportation;
Remembering: 1. Law No. 8 of 1974 on the PoyPokok Keemployers (State of the Republic of Indonesia 1974 No. 55, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3041), as amended by Law No. 43 of 1999 on Changes to the Law No. 8 Year 1974 on the PoyPokok KeEmployees (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 169, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3890);
2. Government Regulation No. 9 of 2003 on Authority Appointment, Transference, and Dismissal Of Civil Servants (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2003 Number 15, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 4263), as has been amended by Government Regulation No. 63 of 2009 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 164);
3. Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 on the Discipline of civil servants (sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 No. 74, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5135);
4. Government Regulation No. 46 of 2011 on the Assessment of Employment Achievement of Civil Servance (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 12l, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5258);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 55 of 2013 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 Number 125);
6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Task, and Functions of the Ministry of State, as amended by Presidential Regulation No. 38 of 2013 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 Number 90);
7. Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 60 Year 2010 on the Organization and Workforce of the Ministry of Transportation as amended with PM 68 Tahun 2013 (News of the State of the Republic of Indonesia 2013 Number 1113);

9. Rule of the Head of the State Board of State No. 1 of 2013 on the Terms of Governing Law Enforcement Number 46 of 2011 on the Assessment of the Employment of the Civil Servance (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2013 Number 33);
DECIDED:
Establish: RULES OF MINISTER OF RELATIONS ON THE ORDER OF ASSESSMENT OF THE WORK ACHIEVEMENTS OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE MINISTRY ' S ENVIRONMENT OF RELATIONS.
Section 1
Civil Servant Job Achievement Assessment in the Ministry of Transportation environment is implemented in accordance with the behavioral assessment of the work achievements of the civil servants of the Ministry of Transportation as set forth in Appendix I which is a part of the Ministry of Transportation. inseparable from this Minister ' s Rule.
Section 2
The manner in which civil servants work achievement assessments in the Ministry of Transportation's environment as referred to in Article 1, is used as a guideline for the implementation of the Ministry of Civil Servlet's Employment Achievement Assessment.
Section 3
(1) The Secretary General is responsible in coaching the implementation of the Employment Achievement Assessment of civil servants in the Ministry of Transportation environment.
(2) The leadership of the work unit is solely responsible for the coaching of implementation of the Civil Service Employment Achievement Assessment in the respective working unit environment.
Section 4
The rules of the Minister of Transportation came into effect on the date of the promulctest.
