RULES MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA RELATIONS

ABOUT
THE PIONEERING AIR FREIGHT FARE OF THE YEAR 2013
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF PERRELATIONS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to improve the agility and continuity of the pioneering air freight services as well as the conditions of social development in the community, it needs to revisit pioneering air freight tariffs as set in the Regulation of Minister of Transportation Prime Minister No. 44 Years 2012;
B. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation on the Pioneer Air Transport Rate of 2013;
Given: 1. Act Number 1 Year 2009 on Flight (Sheet State Republic Of Indonesia In 2009 Number 1, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4956);
2. Government Regulation No. 40 of 1995 on Air Transport (State Agency of the Republic of Indonesia 1995 No. 68, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3610), as amended by Government Regulation No. 3 Year 2000 (State Gazette 2000 Number 7, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3925);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2013;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 38 of 2013;
5. Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 25 Year 2008 on the Hosting Of Air Transport;
6. Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 60 Year 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Transportation;
DECIDED:
Sets: The Minister ' s Regulations Of The Relationship Of The Pioneer Air Transport Rate Of 2013.
Article 1
(1) The pioneering airlift for passenger transport and freight transport is designated as set forth in this Regulation attachment and is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
(2) The pioneering air transit tarif as referred to in paragraph (1) does not include the Value Added Tax (PPN), the mandatory dues of the passenger crash response from PT. (Persero) Insurance losses of the Raharja Services, and the fare services of air aircraft passenger services (PJP2U).
Article 2
(1) The Directorate General of Air Transport conducts calculations for the designation of pioneering air freight fares on routes served based on the principal cost of aircraft operating and purchasing power of the public.
(2) The pioneering airlift on routes as referred to in paragraph (1) is submitted by the Director General of the Air Relations to the Minister of Transportation to obtain approval.
Article 3
(1) The Value Added Tax levy (PPN), the mandatory service of the passenger crash response from PT. (Persero) Insurance losses of the Raharja Service and the fare services of air aircraft passenger services (PJP2U) as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2) are subject to the laws.
(2) Another levy as referred to in paragraph (1) which will be associated with the pioneering air transit tariff, must obtain the consent of the Minister of Transportation.
Section 4
(1) The ticket prices for infants (
infant) by 10% (ten percent).
(2) The baby as referred to in verse (1) is people less than 2 (two) years.
Section 5
(1) The pioneering airlift which has not been established by the Minister of Transportation in the running budget year, guidelines on the rate set in the previous year.
(2) If there is a new route and the pioneering air freight fare is not yet specified in the Ministerial Regulation, the General Directorate of Air Relations may impose temporary tariffs on which the term ends until it is specified in the rules of the Minister of Transportation.
Section 6
The Director General conducts oversight of the implementation of this Minister ' s Regulation.
Section 7
At the time this Regulation came into force, then the 2012 Ministerial Ministerial Regulation No. 44 of the 2012 Pioneer Air Transport Rate was revoked and declared to be not applicable.
Section 8
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
