c. that the Minister of Transportation through Letter Number: PR.306/1/1 PHB 2012 dated 17 July 2012, has delivered the proposed services tariff of the General Services Hall of Education and Training of the Surabaya Shipping of the Ministry of Transportation;
D. that the proposed tariff on the services of the Public Service Board of Education and Training of the Surabaya Cruise Sciences in the Ministry of Transportation, has been discussed and studied by the Assessor Team;

DECIDED:
SET: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT THE GENERAL SERVICE WEIGHT SERVICE RATE OF EDUCATION HALL AND THE TRAINING OF SURABAYA ' S CRUISE SCIENCE IN THE MINISTRY OF RELATIONS.
Article 1
The service of the services of the Public Service Agency of Education Hall and Training of the Surabaya Shipping on the Ministry of Transportation is reward for service services provided by the Public Service Board of Education Hall and Training of the Surabaya Cruise Science and Training Appliance Service. on the Ministry of Transportation to the service users.
Article 2
The rate of services as referred to in Article 1, consists of:

k. Integrated Clinic fare.
Article 3
The rate of service services the services of the Public Service Board of Education and Training of the Surabaya Shipping on the Ministry of Transportation as referred to in Article 2 is listed in the Attachment which is an integral part of the Ministerial Regulation. this.
Section 4
(1) The General Service Board of Education Hall and Training of the Surabaya Shipping Science in the Ministry of Transportation can provide service services in the field of education based on the needs of the service users through cooperation contracts.
(2) The services of the services of the Public Service Board of Education and Training of the Surabaya Shipping in the Ministry of Transportation as referred to in paragraph (1) are set forth in the contract of cooperation between the Head of the Education Hall and the Surabaya Cruise Science Training in Ministry of Transportation with the service user side.
Section 5
(1) General Service Board of Education Hall and Training of the Surabaya Shipping Science in the Ministry of Transportation can conduct Operational Cooperation (KSO) with other parties to improve service services in the field of education.
(2) Tarif services originating from the KSO with other parties, as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified in the contract of cooperation between the Head of the Surabaya-based Education Hall and Training of the Ministry of Transportation with the General Manager of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Transportation.
