THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE FINANCE MINISTER ' S REGULATION
NUMBER 135 /PMK.01/2011 ABOUT ORGANIZATION AND WORK GOVERNANCE
GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT CENTER
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under Finance Minister Regulation Number 135 /PMK.01/ 2011 has set forth the organization and the work governance of the Government Investment Center, to replace the provisions regarding the organization and governance of the Government Investment Center set in Regulation of Finance Minister Number 52 /PMK.01/2007;
B. that in order to prepare for the more appropriate resources to support the implementation of the Finance Minister Regulation Number 135 /PMK.01/2011 on the Organization and the Government Investment Center, against the applicable terms of the organization, Governance, administration, finance, and human resources of the Government Investment Center that have existed before the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 135 /PMK.01/ 2011 on the Organization and Tata Workforce the Government Investment Centre has been extended by the time expires until June 30, 2012 as specified in the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 251 /PMK.01/2011;
c. that the application process of the apparatus of the apparatus as referred to in the letter b to the present day is in progress and cannot be completed;
D. that in connection with the letter c above, it needs to extend back the terms of the provisions regarding the organization, the work, administration, finance, and human resources of the existing Government Investment Center before the Financial Minister Regulation (s). The number 135 /PMK.01/2011 on the Organization and the Government Investment Center was promulred, to be up to December 31, 2013;
e. that based on consideration as in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d, need to establish the Finance Minister's Regulation on the Second Amendment to the Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 135 /PMK.01/ 2011 on Organization and the Working System Government Investment Center

2. Act No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
3. Government Regulation No. 23 Year 2005 on Financial Management of the Public Service Agency (State Gazette 2005 Number 48, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4502);
4. Government Regulation No. 1 2008 on Government Investment (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 14, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4812) as amended by Government Regulation Number 49 Year 2011 (Sheet Country Republic Indonesia Year 2011 Number 124, Addition Of State Sheet Republic Indonesia Number 5261);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last by Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011:

DECIDED:
SET: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 135 /PMK.01/2011 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORKING ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT CENTER.
Article I
The provisions of Article 39 of the Finance Minister Regulation Number 135 /PMK.01/ 2011 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Government Investment Centre as amended with the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 251 /PMK.01/ 2011 are amended so that it reads as following:
Section 39
During the organization and governance of the Government Investment Center prescribed under the Finance Minister Regulation Number 135 /PMK.01/ 2011 on the Organization and the Working Tata Office of Government Investment as amended by the Minister ' s Regulation Finance Number 251 /PMK.01/ 2011 cannot be implemented effectively, provisions concerning organization, governance, administration, finance, and human resources of the Government Investment Center that have existed before the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 135 /PMK.01/2011 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Government Investment Management was promulred, declared to remain in effect until December 31, 2013.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
