ABOUT
ESTIMATED ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR NATURAL RESOURCE OUTCOMES
PUBLIC MINING YEAR 2013 BUDGET
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that to carry out the provisions of Article 27 paragraph (5) of the Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balance Fund, it needs to establish the Finance Minister Regulation on the Estimation of the Alocation of the Fund for Natural Resources Results General Mining Year of Budget 2013;
Given: 1. Law Number 33 Year 2004 on Financial Balance Between the Central Government and the Local Government (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2004 Number 126, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4438);
2. Act No. 19 of 2012 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of the 2013 Budget (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 228, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5361);
3. Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2005 Number 137, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4575);
4. Finance Minister Regulation No. 6/PMK.07/ 2012 on the Implementation and Accouncability of the Transfer Budget to the Regions;
5. Finance Minister Regulation Number 165 /PMK.07/ 2012 on the Alignment of the Transfer Budget to the Regions;
DECIDED:
Set: A FINANCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE ESTIMATED ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MINING NATURAL RESOURCES YEAR OF THE BUDGET YEAR 2013.
Article 1
Estimation of the allocation of the Fund for Natural Resources (DBH SDA) General Mining of the Budget Year 2013 is based on the estimated acceptance of the General Mining SDA as specified in Law No. 19 of 2012 on Budget State Budget and State Shopping Year 2013.
Article 2
(1) Estimation of the allocation of DBH SDA General Mining of the Budget Year 2013 is the size of Rp12.925.669,887.300,00 (twelve trillion nine hundred and twenty-five billion six hundred and sixty-nine million eight hundred and eighty-seven million) Thousand three hundred rupiah) with details as follows:
a. Fixed dues (landrent) of Rp233,485,863,300.00 (two hundred thirty-three billion four hundred and eighty-five million eight hundred and three thousand three hundred rupiah); and
B. Royalty of Rp12.692,184.024,000.00 (twelve trillion six hundred ninety-two billion hundred and eighty-four million and twenty-four thousand rupiah).
(2) Estimated allocation of DBH SDA General Mining is part of DBH SDA General Mining as referred to in Law No. 19 of 2012 on Budget and State Shopping of the State of the Year of Budget 2013 set to consider the realization of receiving SDA Mining General Mining per area for 3 (three) years of the last budget.
(3) The details of the estimated allocation of DBH SDA General Mining of the Budget Year 2013 Budget for the province and district/city are listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Article 3
(1) The DBH SDA Mining General Mining Year 2013 was implemented in a quarterly basis.
(2) DBH SDA Surrender of the 2013 General Mining Budget Year 2013 Triwulan I was carried out 20% (twenty percent) and Triwulan II was held by 15% (fifteen percent) of the estimated allocation of DBH SDA Mining General Year of the Budget 2013.
(3) The distribution of DBH SDA Mining General of the Budget Year 2013 as referred to in verse (2) is taken into account with the realization of the acceptance of DBH SDA General Mining of the Year of the Budget 2013 Triwulan III and Triwulan IV.
(4) The distribution of DBH SDA Mining General of the Budget Year 2013 as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised based on calculation through the mechanism of reconsilliation of data between the Central Government and the producing regions.
(5) The DBH SDA Surrender of the General Mining Year 2013 Budget is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
In terms of estimated allocation of DBH SDA Mining General Year of Budget 2013 insufficient supply requirement or realisation exceeded the pagu in Budget Year 2013, the Government channeled the DBH SDA Mining General Mining Year 2013 Budget based on the realization of receipt of DBH SDA General Mining in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 5
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
