THE FUND FOR THE 2013 BUDGET YEAR TOBACCO EXCISE RESULTS
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under the Law No. 19 Act 2012 on Budget and State Shopping Year 2013 the Budget of the Budget Year 2013 has set the Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 44 /PMK.07/ 2013 on Allocation While Funding For The Excise Proceeds Of Tobacco Years Budget 2013;
B. that under the 2013 Act No. 15 of the Changes to the Number 19 Year 2012 Act on Budget and State Shopping 2013 Budget Year 2013 has set the temporary allocation of funds for Tobacco Results of the Year Budget 2013, so it needs to be made a change to the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 44 /PMK.07/ 2013 on Temporary Allocation Of Funds For The 2013 Budget Year Tobacco Excise Results;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Finance Minister's Regulation on the Change of the Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 44 /PMK.07/ 2013 on Alocation While the Funds For the Results of Excise Results Tobacco Years of 2013;
Given: 1. Law No. 19 of 2012 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2013 (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 228, Additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5361), as amended by Law Number 15 Of 2013 (Sheet Country Republic Of Indonesia 2013 Number 108, Additional Sheet Republic Of Indonesia Number 5426);
2. Finance Minister Regulation Number 44 /PMK.07/ 2013 on Temporary Allocation Of Funds For The 2013 Budget Year Tobacco Excise Results;
DECIDED:
Set: A FINANCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 44 /PMK.07/ 2013 ABOUT THE TEMPORARY ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE 2013 BUDGET YEAR TOBACCO EXCISE RESULTS.
Article I
The provisions of Article 2 in the Financial Ministerial Regulation Number 44 /PMK.07/ 2013 on the Temporary Allocation Of Funds For The 2013 Budget Year Tobacco Excise Results be amended so that it reads as follows:
(1) Alocation while DBH CHT The Year of Budget 2013 was as large as Rp2.014.929.799.000.00 (two trillion fourteen billion nine hundred and twenty-nine million seven hundred ninety-nine thousand rupiah).
(2) Alocation while DBH CHT as referred to in paragraph (1) is by 2% (two percent) of the Excise receipt of Tobacco Results made in Indonesia as referred to in Act Number 19 of the Year 2012 on Budget Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2013 as amended by Act No. 15 of 2013.
(3) The details of the temporary allocation of DBH CHT for the Province, County, and the City as referred to in paragraph (1) are listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
So that everyone knows it, instrucits the Order of the Minister's Regulation with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
