TARIFFS ON THE PUBLIC SERVICES BODY SERVICE POLYTECHNIC HEALTH OF TANJUNGREEF ON HEALTH MINISTRY

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that under the terms of Article 9 of the Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74 of 2012, the service rate of the agency that applies the Management The Financial Services Agency is defined by the Minister of Finance for the proposal of the minister/leader of the agency;

b. that the Ministry of Health Care Act on the Ministry of Health has been designated as the Government's Instancy that applies the Financial Management Agency General Services Agency under the Decree of the Finance Minister Number 266 /KMK.05/2011;

c. that Minister of Health by Letter Number: KU.01.01/III/1901/2012 dated October 16, 2012, has proposed a proposed tariff on the Health Ministry General Services Agency for Health Ministry;

d. that the proposed tariffs on the services of the Public Service Board of Health Care of the Ministry of Health, have been discussed and studied by the Assessor Team;

e. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d need to specify the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Public Service Services Governing Body of the Ministry of Health in the Ministry of Health;

Given: 1. Law Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);

Decide:

Set: A Finance Minister 's Regulation On The Public Service Agency' s Governing Body ' s Service Rates HEALTH EDUCATION TANJUNGREEF ON THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH.

Article 1 Tariff of Public Services Agency of Public Services TanjungCoral Health on the Ministry of Health is reward for service services provided by the Public Service Board of Health Polytechnic on the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of Health services users.

Section 2 of the Service Tarif as referred to in Article 1, consists of: a. New Student Acceptance Selection Rate; b. Rates of Educational Development Fund; c. "Educational Charity"; d. Workplace Practice Rates; e. Education Services Support Rates; f. Means of the use of the Cloud Service and the Cloud Service, as well as the above, and the following: Clinic and Integrated Laboratory Rates. Article 3

The tariff on the services of the Public Services Agency of Health Tanjungreef Health of the Ministry of Health as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in the Inseparable Attachment of this Minister's Regulation.

Article 4

(1) The General Services Board of the Ministry of Health may provide service services in the fields of education, research, and community service based on the needs of the service users through the the contract of cooperation.

(2) Tarif services of the Public Health Polytechnic General Services Agency Tanjungreef in the Ministry of Health as referred to in paragraph (1) is set forth in a contract of cooperation between the Director of Health Polytechnic Tanjungreef in the Ministry of Health with the service user party.

Article 5 (1) of the Service Board General Polytechnic Health Tanjungreef in

The Ministry of Health can conduct Operational Cooperation (KSO) with other parties to improve service services in the fields of education, research, and community service.

(2) Tarif services for KSO with other parties other than as set forth in the Attachment is an inseparable part of the Regulation of the Minister, set out in a contract of cooperation between the Director of Public Health Education Tanjungreef in the Ministry of Health with other parties following the local market price.

Article 6 (1) Against students from poor families (Gakin) may be granted

the tariff on the Charitable Contribution of Education and/or the Educational Development Fund up to 50% (fifty percent) from the Education and/or Educational Development Fund's rate of services to the Ministry of Health.

(2) Service rates grant up to 50% (50%) percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) exercised by considering Financial condition of the General Services Board of Health Polytechnics at the Ministry of Health.

(3) Further provisions on the manner of the assignment of service rates to students of the poor family (Gakin) as referred to in verse (1) is set with the Decision of Director of Health Polytechnic Tanjungcoral on the Ministry of Health.
