GENERAL SERVICE BOARD SERVICE RATE
POOR HEALTH CARE POLYTECHNIC ON THE HEALTH MINISTRY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under the terms of Article 9 of the Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74 of 2012, the service rate of the agency that applies the Management The Finance of the General Services Agency is set by the Minister of Finance for the proposal of the minister/leader of
B. that the Malang Health Polytechnic on the Ministry of Health has been designated as the Instancy of the Government implementing the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency under the Decree of the Minister of Finance Number 292 /KMK.05/2011;
c. that the Minister of Health through Letter Number: PL.03.01/III/1666/2012 dated September 25, 2012, has delivered the proposed services of the services of the General Services Agency of the Poor Health Politecnik in the Ministry of Health;
D. that the proposed tariffs on the services of the Public Services Agency of the Poor Health in the Ministry of Health, have been discussed and studied by the Board of Assessor;
e. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d, need to specify the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Service of the General Services of the Public Health Politecnik at the Ministry of Health;
Given: 1. Law Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);
2. Act No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
3. Government Regulation No. 23 Year 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency (State Gazette 2005 Number 48, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4502) as amended by Regulation Government Number 74 Of 2012 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2012 Number 171, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 5340);
DECIDED:
Set: A Financial Minister ' s Regulation On The Governing Body Service Rates Of The Poor Health Care Ministry On The Health Ministry.
Article 1
The General Services Agency Service Rate Poor Health Care of the Ministry of Health is in return for service services provided by the Public Service Board of the Malang Polytechnic on the Ministry of Health to the service users.
Article 2
The service rate as referred to in Article 1, consists of:
a. New Student acceptance Selection Rate;
b. Health Test Tarif;
c. Tarif Educational Development Fund;
d. Educational Hosting Fees;
e. Matriculation Rates;
f. Academic Leave Rate;
g. Tarif Graduation;
h. Tarif
Ethical Review;
i. Legalize Certificates and Transcripts; and
J. Use of Sarana and Prasarana In Rangka Menunjang Tridharma College.
Article 3
tariffs on the services of the Public Service Board of Malang Health on the Ministry of Health as referred to in Article 2 are listed in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 4
(1) The General Services Board of the Public Health Politecnik in the Ministry of Health may provide service services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to the public based on the needs of the service users through Cooperation contract.
(2) Tarif service of the Public Services Agency of the Public Health Politecnik at the Ministry of Health as referred to in paragraph (1) is set in a contract of cooperation between the Director of the Malang Health Polytechnic in the Ministry of Health with a service user.
Section 5
(1) The General Services Board of the Public Health Politecnik in the Ministry of Health can conduct Operational Cooperation (KSO) with other parties to improve service services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to Society.
(2) Tarif services originating from the KSO with other parties, as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified under a contract of cooperation between the Director of the Malang Health Polytechnic in the Ministry of Health with the other party.
Section 6
(1) Against students from a poor family (Gakin) may be given the rate of the Educational Hosting services and/or the lowest Education Development Fund of 50% (fifty percent) of the tariff on the Sumbangan service Hosting of Education and/or the Education Development Fund of the General Services Agency of Malang Health at the Ministry of Health.
(2) The lowest service rate grant of 50% (fifty percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by considering the financial condition of the Malang Polytechnic General Services Agency in the Ministry of Health.
(3) Further provisions on the manner of the designation of service rates to students from poor families (Gakin) as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified with the Decree of the Director of the Public Health Polytechnic in the Ministry of Health.
Section 7
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
