(2) Principal Director of the General Services Agency General Hospital Center Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health delivered a copy of the Decision regarding Class III fare, Class I tariffs, VIP Class rates, and Primary Class fares as is referred to in paragraph (1) to the Minister of Health and the Finance Minister c.q of the Director General of the Treasury.
Section 7
The rate of service as referred to in Article 4 is listed in Annex II which is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation, imposed upon the general public patient.
Section 8
The further provisions of the manner of service rate imposition which are
range as set forth in Annex I and Annex II of the Regulation of this Minister are governed by the Principal Director of General Hospital Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health.
Section 9
(1) The Pharmaceutical Tarif to the general public patients as referred to in Article 2 of the letter c, is set up with the following provisions:
a. Generic drugs, non-generic drugs, and free drugs are set at the price of Netto Apotek + Additional Income Tax (HNA + PPN) plus profit margin by 15% (fifteen percent) up to 25% (twenty-five percent) of HNA + PPN;
B. Specialty cosmetic drugs are designated as HNA + PPN plus profit margin of 5% (five percent) up to 10% (ten percent) of HNA + PPN;
C. Cancer drug specified by HNA + PPN plus profit margin of at most 2% (two percent) of HNA + PPN; and
D. The health care tool is depleted by a specified HNA + PPN plus profit margin of 15% (fifteen percent) up to 25% (twenty-five percent) of HNA + PPN.
(2) HNA + PPN is the selling price of the Drug Factory and/or the Large Traders of Pharmacy to the Government, the Hospital, the Pharmacy, and Other Health Service Sarana.
(3) Further provisions regarding the Tarif Pharmacy as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified with the Decree of the Principal Director of the General Services Board of the General Hospital PusatDr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung at the Ministry of Health.
(4) Principal Director of the General Services Agency General Hospital Center Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health delivered a copy of the Decision as referred to in paragraph (3) to the Minister of Health and Finance Minister c.q Director General of the Treasury.
Article 10
(1) General Services Agency General Hospital Center Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health may provide services services in the field of health to the guarantor parties based on the needs of the guarantor parties through the employment contract Same.
(2) the health care service with the guarantor party as referred to in paragraph (1) of the Public Health Warranty Service (Jamkesmas) services, Regional Health Guarantee (Jamkesda), Health Insurance (Askes), Workforce Social Security (Jamsostek), another insurance company, and the form of health care cooperation with other guarantor parties.
(3) The services of the services in the field of health as referred to in paragraph (2) are specified in the contract of cooperation between the Principal Director of the General Services Agency General Hospital Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung of the Ministry of Education Health with the guarantor.
(4) Principal Director of the General Services Agency General Hospital Center Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health delivered a copy of the contract of cooperation as referred to in paragraph (3) to the Minister of Health and the Minister of Finance C.q. Director-General of the Treasury.
Section 11
(1) General Services Agency General Hospital Center Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health can conduct Operational Cooperation (KSO) with other parties to improve services in the field of health.
(2) The service level for the KSO with other parties other than as set forth in Annex II which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister, specified in a contract of cooperation between the Principal Director of the General Services Agency Central General Hospital Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health with other parties.
(3) Principal Director of the General Services Agency General Hospital Center Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health delivered a copy of the contract as referred to in paragraph (2) to the Minister of Health and the Finance Minister c.q Director General of the Treasury.
Article 12
(1) Against poor patients may be charged 0% (zero percent) of the service rates as referred to in Article 2.
(2) Licensing services of 0% (zero percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) are executed by considering the financial condition of the General Hospital of the General Hospital Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health.
(3) Further provisions on the manner of the pricing of the service rates to poor patients as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified with the Decree of the Principal Director of the General Services of the General Hospital Center Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung The Ministry of Health.
(4) Principal Director of the General Services Agency General Hospital Center Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung on the Ministry of Health delivered a copy of the Decision as referred to in paragraph (3) to the Minister of Health and Finance Minister c.q Director General of the Treasury.
Section 13
The rules of this Minister begin to take effect on the date of promulglement.
