THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE FINANCE MINISTER ' S REGULATION
NUMBER 16 /PMK.03/ 2013 ABOUT THE DATA TYPE DETAILS AND
INFORMATION AND METHODS OF DELIVERY OF DATA AND INFORMATION
RELATED TO TAXATION
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the provisions of the details of the types of data and information and the manner of the delivery of data and information relating to taxation have been set up in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 16 /PMK.03/ 2013 on the Details of the Types of Data and Information and Set the Way for Data Delivery and Information Related to Taxation as amended by the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 79 /PMK.03/2013;
B. that against government agencies, agencies, associations, and other parties who are required to deliver data and information relating to taxation as set out in the Financial Minister Regulation as such in the letter a add;
c. that under the terms of Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance as such in letter a, the addition of government agencies, institutions, associations and other parties, and details of data types and information are performed by changing the Regulation (s). Finance Minister as such in letter a;
D. that based on the consideration of the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c need to specify the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Second Amendment to the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 16 /PMK.03/ 2013 on the Details of Data Types and Information and the Data Delivery Services and the Information Relating To Taxation;
Given: 1. Law No. 6 of 1983 on General Terms and Taxation Methods (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1983 Number 49, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3262) as it has been several times amended by Law Number 16 Of 2009 (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2009 Number 62, Additional Leaf Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4999);
2. Government Regulation No. 31 Year 2012 on the Giving and Governing Of Data And Information Relating To Taxation (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2012 Number 56, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 5289);
3. Finance Minister Regulation Number 16 /PMK.03/ 2013 on the Details of the Types of Data and Information as well as the Data Delivery and Information Relating To Taxation as amended by the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 79 /PMK.03/2013;
DECIDED:
SET: THE RULES OF THE FINANCE MINISTER ABOUT THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE REGULATION OF THE 16 /PMK.03/2013 FINANCE MINISTERS ABOUT THE DETAILS OF THE DATA TYPE AND INFORMATION AND THE MANNER OF DELIVERY OF DATA AND INFORMATION RELATING TO TAXATION.
Article I
Add to 9 (nine) figures in column 1 of the Finance Minister Regulation Number 16 /PMK.03/ 2013 about the Details of Data and Information and the Data Delivery and Information Pertaining To Taxation Information as amended. with the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 79 /PMK.03/2013, so as to be as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Minister ' s Regulation.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
For each person to know it, order the invitation of the Order of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
