Regulation of the Minister of public works number 18/PRT/M/2012 Organizing Coaching Guidelines about the development of Drinking water supply Systems; Decide: Define: REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of PUBLIC WORKS Of The WATER USAGE SAVINGS COMES FROM ORGANIZERS Of The WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM Of ENVIRONMENTAL MINUMDI Government Agencies, Local Governments, STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES And ENTERPRISES Of The Region. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. Water usage average is the average water use 6 (six) months prior to the promulgation of this regulation of the Minister. 6. Water Audit is a series of activities to check water usage in a given period by making a comparison between the average water use with water use results in a certain period describing the significance of the relationship between the condition of the sanitary equipment and water usage. 7. (2) this Ministerial Regulation aims to improve water savings that comes from organizers of the drinking water supply system in an environment of government agencies, STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES, and LOCAL GOVERNMENT. Article 3 scope of the Regulations the Minister include: a. the use of water-saving implementation comes from organizers of the SPAM; b. coaching and supervision; c. monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; and d. the responsibility and authority. CHAPTER II IMPLEMENTATION of the AIRYANG the USE of SAVINGS DERIVED FROM the ORGANIZERS Considered part of Common SPAM article 4 the implementation of water use savings derived from SPAM providers as referred to in article 3 a, consisting of the preparation, the implementation of audit recommendations and drafting water audit results and implementation of recommendations of audit results. Article 5 Any costs incurred due to the implementation of the water usage savings comes from organizers of the SPAM is the responsibility of the Government, local government, LOCAL GOVERNMENT and STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES in accordance with those powers. www.djpp.kemenkumham.go.id

Chapter V RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITIES of article 19 responsibilities and powers of the Minister as a member of the national team include the following: a. perform a execution of construction water use savings that comes from organizers of the SPAM in an environment of government agencies, local governments, STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES and LOCAL GOVERNMENT; and b. doing the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the implementation of the water usage savings comes from organizers of the SPAM. Article 20 the responsibility and authority of the task force Ministries/Agencies include the following: a. perform a execution, coaching and supervision, monitoring and evaluation of water use savings that comes from organizers of the SPAM in the environment ministries/agencies and STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES; b. report of the implementation of the water usage savings comes from organizers of the SPAM; c. report of the implementation of the water usage savings derived from SPAM to the organizers of the national team; and d. Delivering a copy of the report on the implementation of the savings in the use of water that comes from the Organizer to the building manager SPAM under the its evaluation as an ingredient. Article 21 the responsibility and authority of the provincial task force include: a. Do the implementation, coaching and supervision, monitoring and evaluation of water use savings that comes from organizers of the SPAM in the environment of the provincial government and the LOCAL GOVERNMENT of the province; b. Do the construction, monitoring and evaluation of task force district/city; www.djpp.kemenkumham.go.id 1376, no. 2013 10 c. report of the implementation of the water usage savings comes from organizers of the SPAM; d. report of the implementation of the water usage savings derived from SPAM to the organizers of the national team; and e. Convey a copy of the report on the implementation of the water usage savings comes from organizers of the SPAM to building managers in the region and its task groups, district/city as material evaluation. Article 22 responsibility and authority of the County/City task force comprising: a. Do the implementation, coaching and supervision, monitoring and evaluation of water use savings stemming from the organizers of Government environment in the district/city and LOCAL district/city; b. report of the implementation of the water usage savings comes from organizers of the SPAM; c. report of the implementation of the water usage savings comes from organizers of the SPAM task force to the province; and d. Delivering a copy of the report on the implementation of the airyang the use of savings derived from the organizers of the SPAM to the building manager in its territory as material evaluation. Article 23 the responsibility and authority of the provider of the Building include the following: a. Deliver water use data for 6 (six) months prior to and 6 (six) months after the publication of this ministerial regulation to the task force; b. data Convey the condition of sanitary equipment and infrastructure to the task force; c. Implementing the results of the audit recommendations of the water; d. prepare and submit reports on the results of the implementation of the audit recommendations to the task force; e. monitor the use of the water that comes from the organizer of the SPAM on the managed building; f. monitoring results Reported to the task force at the lack of every 6 (six) months; and g.
