THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TO THE DRAW: A. that in order to optimize national policy in order for energy and water savings as contained in Presidential Instruction Number 13 of the Year 2011 on Energy and Water Efficiency, the need for water-use savings is to be carried out of the the organizer of a drinking water supply system in the environment of the Government instance, the Local Government, the State-owned Enterprises and the Regional Proprietary Enterprises;

b. that based on consideration as intended in the letter a need to establish the General Works Minister Regulation on Water Use Savings Derived From The Organizers Of The Drinking Water Supply System in Government Environment, Government Area, State-owned Enterprises and Regional Property Agency;

DECIDED: Establish: REGULATION OF PUBLIC WORKS MINISTER ON

WATER USAGE SAVINGS IT IS DERIVED FROM THE ORGANIZERS OF THE DRINKING WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM IN THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY ENVIRONMENT, LOCAL GOVERNMENT, STATE-OWNED BUSINESS AGENCY AND REGIONAL-OWNED BUSINESS ENTITY.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In the Regulation of this Minister referred to: 1. The water referred to in this Ministerial Regulation is water that

Article 2

the organizer of SPAM; b. coaching and supervision; c. monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; and

d. responsibility and authority.
