Article 6 (1) AHSP is part of the unit price contract document and
must be included with the details as an inseparable attachment as well as a tool to assess the natural offer.

(2) The total value of HSP is open and non-confidential as well as used to set the highest value of the valid bid.
(3) The unit price contract is a job contract that is the contract value of the contract is based on a definite HSP and is binding upon each type of work each.
(4) The value of the contract is the amount of the HSP Unit Price units with the volume of each type of work corresponding to the list of quantity and price (Bill of quantity, BOQ) contained in the offer document.
BAB III
terms TRANSITION Section 7
The Job Unit Price Analysis Guidelines that have existed before the enactment of this Minister Regulation, remain in effect and in the most prolonged period 6 (six) months must conform to the Regulation of this Minister.
CHAPTER IV PROVISIONS CLOSING
Article 8
(1) National Standard of Indonesia (SNI) about Tata Cara Calculations Unit Price for Building Construction Building and Housing is declared to be in effect as long as it does not conflict with the Minister of Public Works.
(2) With the Ordinance of this Minister, Letter Edaran Public Works Minister Number 02/SE/M/2013 on the Guidelines for Analysis Analysis of the Work Unit of Public Works and the Circular Letter of Public Works Minister Number 07 /SE/M/2008 on the Instruction of Standards, Guidelines, Job Unit Price Manual Construction of Building and Housing Building, revoked and declared no longer in effect.
Article 9 of the Minister ' s Regulation is beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.

12. List of quantities and prices or Bill of Quantity (BOQ) is a list of details of the work material needs to be systematically compiled according to the group/part of the work, with details regarding the volume and unit of each type of work, the eyes money, the unit price, the result of the volume with the unit price of each job type and the sum of the entire job results as the total job price.
13. The Minister is the Minister who organizes the affairs of public works government.
Article 2
(1) The AHSP Guidelines for Public Works is intended as a reference in calculating development costs for the government/regulator as The completion of the government's goods/services is related to construction and construction work as well as for the construction of construction services (consultants/contractors).
(2) The AHSP Guidelines Public Works aims to realize transparency, efficiency, effectiveness and accountability in the process of procurement of government goods/services for the construction activities of public works.
(3) AHSP Guidelines The field of Public Works as referred to in paragraph (1) and (2) is used as a basis in compiling the calculations HPS or owner's estimate (OE) and HPPor engineering's estimate (EE) for the handling of job field work generic.
Section 3 (1) The scope of this AHSP Guidelines includes handling work
