AND THE REFORM OF THE REPUBLICAN BUREAUCRACY OF INDONESIA

GOVERNMENT AGENCY
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
THE MINISTER OF THE COUNTRY ' S MINISTER OF APPARATUS
AND THE REFORM OF THE REPUBLICAN BUREAUCRACY OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.   that naming, abbreviations, and acronyms of government agencies for this long have not been used appropriately, properly, and consistent;
B.   that at this time required the guidelines on naming, abbreviations, and acronyms of government agencies that are raw;
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b need to establish the Ordinance of the State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms on the Appropriate Guidelines, Abbreviations, and Acronyms Of Government Agencies;

Remembering: 1. Act No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 58, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4843);
2. Act No. 14 of 2008 on Openness Of Public Information (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 61, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 4846);
3. Act No. 39 of 2008 concerning the Ministry of State (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);
4. Law No. 24 Year 2009 on Flag, Language, and Emblem Negara, As Well As The National Anthem (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2009 Number 109, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 5035);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment of the Organization of the Ministry of State, as amended several times, last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State, as has been several times amended, last with the Presidential Regulation No. 92 Years 2011;
7. National Education Minister Regulation No. 46 Year 2009 on the General Guidelines of the Perfected Indonesian Language Ejaan;

DECIDED:

SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER ' S MINISTER OF STATES AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM ON NAMING GUIDELINES, ABBREVIATIONS, AND THE ACRONYMS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.

Section 1
The Naming Guidelines, Abbreviations, and Acronyms Government Agencies are as set forth in Annex I and Annex II which are an inseparable part of this Minister ' s Regulation.

Section 2
The Naming Guidelines, Abbreviations, and Acronyms Government Agencies, as referred to in Article 1, are references to government agencies in the form of naming, abbreviations, and acronyms on each instance.

Section 3
Examples of naming, abbreviations, and acronyms for ministries/agencies and local governments are as set forth in Annex II which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Section 4
Each government agency is required to form a naming, an abbreviation, and an acronym of their respective instincts.

Section 5
The rules of the Minister are in effect from the date of promulgations.
