THE MINISTER OF THE COUNTRY ' S MINISTER OF APPARATUS
AND THE REFORM OF THE REPUBLICAN BUREAUCRACY OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that Regulation of the State Minister of Personnel and the Reform of bureaucracy No. 20 of 2010 on the Road Map Reform Bureaucracy enforces the drafting of the Road Map in the Ministry/Institute environment and the Regional Government;
B. that based on consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Regulation of the Minister of State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms on the Change Road Map Reform of the bureaucracy of the Ministry of Pendayagunaan Aparatur Country and Reform of the bureaucracy of 2012-2014;

Thirteen. Regulation of the Minister of State of the State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number 9 of 2011 on the Guidelines for the Reform Road Map Reform Map of the Ministry/Institute and Local Government;
14. Regulation of the State Minister of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number 20 of 2010 on the Road Map Bureaucracy Reform 2010-2014;

DECIDED:
SET: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER ' S MINISTER OF STATE APPARATUS AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM ON THE ROAD MAP BUREAUCRATIC REFORM OF THE MINISTRY OF THE STATE APPARATUS AND THE REFORM OF THE BUREAUCRACY IN 2012-2014.
Article 1
Road Map Bureaucratic Reform further called
Road Map Reform of the Bureaucracy Ministry of the State and Reform of the bureaucracy of the Year 2012-2014 as contained in this regulatory attachment and is one the unity and the inseparable part of this Minister ' s Regulation.
Article 2
Road Map Reform of the bureaucracy of the Ministry of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reforms of 2010-2014 as in section one applies as guidelines in carrying out the drafting and evaluation of implementation of programs, policies and Bureaucratic reform activities in the environment of the Ministry of Personnel Ministry of Personnel and the Bureaucracy Reform of 2012-2014.
Article 3
Road Map Reform of the Ministry of Governing The Ministry Of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reforms can be made changes and adjustments in accordance with the dynamics of execution of the duties and functions of the Ministry of Resistance and Reform of the Ministry of Personnel and Reform of the Ministry of Personnel and Reform of the Ministry of Bureaucracy.
Section 4
The Ordinance of the State of Aparatur Minister and the Bureaucratic Reforms of the bureaucracy is effective on the date of the promulcency.
So that everyone knows it, instruct the Ordinance of the Minister of Personnel Ordinance and the Bureaucratic Reforms of this bureaucracy with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
